I use them for some flags at festivals, for what I use them for, they are awesome. Granted have not let the flag fly during high winds, but perhaps I'll test it and let you all know

Worthless! Another highly rated Amazon product that is completely worthless. Kind of makes you wonder about this whole rating process! The cheap plastic swivels that come with the flag pole kits are 10X better. At least they spin. As soon as the metal ring clip contacts the metal of the wide collar it comes to a stretching stop. Lubricating first with silicone did nothing. Then. White grease. Still won’t move. Using the Allen wrench to slide the collar further apart did nothing. Might as well just screw the flag to the pole ! UPDATE : Apparently the revolving rings are stamped metal and as such have sharp edges. This is what made the rings difficult to spin. Upon use the ring edges smoothed and now spin very easily. No more daily flag unraveling! .
