Great Product
Product works as advertised, you will need to have an auxiliary cord if you are playing from and auxiliary port as this does not include it. The charging capability works perfectly. I would recommend. This review is based on use on an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Sturdy
Feels sturdy, well built, but I've only had it for a few days.

Audio and recharging port
Charge your phone while listening through audio split. The new phones are dropping the audio port.

Good value
This adapter allows me to charge my tablet and phone while listening to movies and music without any change in volume or sound quality. It was good for travel. I took away one star because I when I used a splitter to split the sound between two sets of headphones, the videos froze on and off. But one set of headphones in use was fine.

Works intermittently and never with both inputs
I bought this to replace a similar item that was stolen out of my car. The one stolen combined the USB power supply with a 3.5 mm jack in the same body whereas this has two cords. I'm not sure if that made a difference and I can't find the old one anywhere or I'd buy it again, but this current item I'm reviewing makes a very loud repetitive popping noise when both the power and the audio are plugged in. On top of that, somehow some signal is propagated which causes the playback to stop, or even hit the next button on YouTube. I don't understand the electro-mechanics of what is happening. I thought it could be some feedback interference from the power to the audio, that must back propagate a signal in some way. In any case it's virtually useless. I need something like this to combine power with listening pleasure. I can already do either of them individually with fewer parts, so it's virtually useless and so I have to give it one star.

When operator error is not involved. this cheap adapter works as described, flawlessly!
I just upgraded my studio iPad to the new (2025) iPad Air. For my music studio application, it is important that the iPad not deplete its battery in the middle of a session, so I need it to be continually connected to power. Also, because I am using its Bluetooth for WIDI- control purposes, I need to get the audio out from the USB-C port, because these new iDevices no longer have phone jacks. I thought it would be a simple process to find an adapter that passed through the audio from the USB port and also allowed the iPad to be plugged into a charger. Looking for such a device on Amazon, I found that almost all of the offerings had negative reviews that suggested that they could not simultaneously allow charging while passing audio, or that when a charger was connected the audio was seriously distorted. I purchased this cheap Thousover adapter on the hunch that it would work as advertised. To my complete satisfaction, this adapter happily charged the iPad when connected to an Anker 30W wall-plug power supply, while it simultaneously provided pristine stereo audio to my audio interface (and DAW). So, if you have a modern Apple iDevice with a USB-C jack, this item WILL work for you.

Careful where you plug this in.
The headphone jack works well enough by itself or when plugged into a wall socket. When plugged into a computer, it quit playing sound, and the charge port kept flashing on and off.

Durable and good sound! I use them to attach my wired headphones to my Pixel 6A phone that only has a usb port.
