No it doesn't... Just stays flat

Q: are there any other similar products that are more cost efficient? $225 for a flat bench seems like a lot...

At the moment we don't have a similar item, but as you are pulling on multi-directional cords, and you aren’t lifting linearly like with a bar... you can change the direction of the pull angle for upper, mid, and bottom chest workouts, all while laying flat on the bench, or sitting up. I hope that makes sense? Overall, the bench really expands the workouts you can do with MAXPRO. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have other questions.

Q: Why did maxpro get rid of the adjustable backrest option from its original bench design on shark tank? when will maxpro have that version for sale?
