My 11y/o 6th grader started using this to improve serves for club volleyball. I was skeptical before ordering because it seemed like the strap and ball straps would just interfere with serve practice. This was not the case. She took to very quickly without any challenges. All in all, it works great. Allows her to get in a lot of serves in a short period of time and no ball shagging. A secondary effect is it will help develop arm strength.

My daughter used this a ton learning to play volley ball. It was a great activity when she wanted to play by herself. Only complaint was the cord was too long.

When I use this, my serving become so much better in terms of form, power, consistency and accuracy. The repetition is great for building your arm muscles and practicing your form. But also the toss is the most important and it has made my tosses/serving much more consistent and I can actually aim a little bit better now. It looks a little dumb so I do it in my house and not outside. But this belt really works for improving your serves!

This is kind of hard to use for my teenager

Got this for my daughter to practice her volleyball. She uses it often. Great training tool. Price wasnt bad easy to use and its durable

This is Awesome! A gift for my 13 year old daughter that plays club ball cancelled by COVID 19. Gets her outside practicing even when there is no one to help her! Keeping her in shape for summer ball or school tryouts, whichever comes first.

Great tool for younger players

The item worked well in the beginning but then the elastic snapped and now we have a useless product that cannot be wrapped around the waist.

Bought for my two high school kids that play volleyball it will be fine outside or maybe in the shop where we have a high roof definitely not meant for inside

Haven’t used it yet, but it feels cheaply made, the belt was dirty and doesn’t have the same logo as in the pictures. Bought it as a gift, but won’t be giving it.

My daughter used it once and she loves volleyball.
