If you have outdated tile this stuff works wonders. I’ve used it for backsplash, floors and even created a stencil on my outdated fireplace tile. It’s been a year and a half and my bathroom floors still look amazing.

I like the product. Improved my floors looks but most importantly to me, it seems to seal off the previous person’s dog urine smell in he grout

Love the finished look. I double sanded my 12 inch Sq builder grade boring tiles, using a Dewalt orbital sander and 60 grit pads. I strongly recommend sanding before using g this product regardless of what it says. It needed 2 coats of paint (white) but just 1 coat of semi gloss clear. The paint sticks very well. The clear coat needs to be harder, as it can scuff fairly easily. But the results are great.

I re-did the ugliest little bathroom in our house and now I love it. This bathroom is in a part of our house that was previously not used very much so I could take my time painting and during the drying time. I did add a design and didn't order any extra color paint. I used the white and tinted it with some regular black paint to make a gray. It worked perfectly. Did several coats of paint and several of sealer. I had more than enough paint. My bathroom was small, probably 8 x 5 ft. floor area. It's been a year and no peeling or problems.

I almost never write reviews, but I was so pleased with this product that I wanted to share my experience for anybody who is on the fence about buying this kit! First point to note: I can NOT speak to the long-term durability of this paint because I just finished my project a few days ago, but I'll try to remember to follow up in a year or so. Second point: the kit DOES NOT contain any second color or stencil; I purchased the quarter round stencil on Amazon <Quarter Round Tile Stencil - Cement Tile Stencil for DIY Tiles - Tile Stencil Home Makeover - Renew Your Old Tiles Large 12"x12" - Visit the Cutting Edge Stencils Store>, and I already had the gray paint on hand. First step is to clean and prep the surface; the kit includes a cleaner/degreaser. Easy! Second step is to apply the paint. I had to apply 3 coats. My bathroom is small, so there was PLENTY of paint to go around, and I still have about half of the can left. Third step (for me) was to stencil. This took a couple of hours, but I think that it was well worth the time! Last step is to apply the sealer; this step is simple and goes VERY quickly. I applied two coats for uniformity. After all is said and done, I'm pleased with the results and I only wish that I had done this several years ago when I first bought my house! I'd definitely buy this again!

Great product will use again

So far I love the final result. Great quality, easy to apply, all in one day, fast dry and glossy look. Clean the area very well previous applying the base coat. Use roller with stick, that will make your work easier. The base was enough to paint a considerable area as shown in the images. Good amount of top coat left over for a future project. Worthy. Thinking to buy more in the near future. No issues with shipment and delivery, the set arrived before expected. 100% Recommended.

The description said you could take the paint to a counter to get it coloured select options on the box. I went to a few counters and no one was able to match it up. After it was painted the floor looks wet but it is completely dry. Edit: I eventually found someone that could get the colour close to what I wanted and the paint has held up! Going on 2 years now. But it was a bit of a pain at the starts.
