Got a good deal on a Polk Signa 2 from a pawn shop, but it didn’t come with the remote. A quick Amazon search led me to this alternative. Worked great out of the box with no programming. Saved me $$ over buying the official Polk remote. Would buy again if it gets lost or breaks.

Worked perfectly for Signa S2

The remote that came with our Polk Signa Solo broke within a few months due to poor button quality, and I was hesitant to repurchase one with the same manufacturing. This remote takes 2 AAA batteries and worked with our speaker immediately. The buttons are actual individual pieces which are far more difficult to break than the slightly raised bubbles on the original, and the size of this remote is slightly larger which makes it harder to lose. My only complaint is that I primarily wanted the remote to adjust the bass level as it’s stuck rather high, but the bass control buttons on this remote do not seem to work with the Polk Signa Solo. The nighttime sound setting button, however, works and will drop the bass level a significant amount - which works for us but could be frustrating if your speaker settings were left differently when the original remote lost function. Overall, the product does work, is decent quality, and the shipping was very fast!

The remote for my brand new Polk Signa died and it was going to take weeks to get a new one via customer service. So I said screw that and bought this instead. Once I added batteries, it worked immediately, no setup required. Far more robust than the paper thin defective remote! Very pleased…this feels like it will last!

The original remote that came with my Polk Signa S2 was always a little finicky. When it finally stopped working completely, I replaced it with this remote, and it works perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

This is not only a great buy, it works better than the original included remote! I was bummed when our puppy got to the factory model. But if she hadn't, I would have never bought this one.
