I do a lot of spreadsheet work on my laptop while I'm on my long business trips to Asia and have always used a numeric keypad for data entry. I can't stand typing in numbers from the normal keyboard in a row. I had a Bluetooth keypad that had two extra columns of buttons that I hardly ever used and which required two AA batteries, so it was bulkier than it needed to be and being mindful of the batteries wasn't something I needed during business trips. But the worst part of this keypad was that it kept disconnecting with my new MBP. It got so frustrating that I decided that I had to get a new keypad. I wanted Bluetooth (don't want one with another USB dongle to worry about losing) with a rechargeable battery and with a smallest possible footprint. These other function buttons may be nice to have but I realized that I was only keying in numbers on spreadsheets. The ability to use the cursor arrows would be nice but it's really just a matter of moving one's hand a few inches to the arrow buttons on the MBP. The space grey version matches up well enough with the space grey on the MBP. Even Apple's own space grey keyboard and trackpad do not match up exactly the same as the space grey on the MBP so I don't think a little mismatch is something to be bothered by. As far as I can tell, this Satechi keypad sits firmly on the desks I've tried it on and does not wobble at all. Sometimes, one has to be mindful about the evenness of the desk surfaces. The keys feel fine although quite different from those on the new MBP and the Apple keyboards as well. The Satechi keys feel a little spongier and that may bother some people but it doesn't bother me at all. It feels good to me and all the keys work fine. I really like it that it's so compact, can recharge through a USB micro port and, most all, that it doesn't disconnect constantly like my previous keypad did. It keeps me productive on the road with the least amount of hassles, is super portable and simply does what it's supposed to do.

This little keypad is awesome! It pairs so quickly and easily with my MacBook Air. When I stop using it, I can leave the power switch on, and the battery doesn't drain. It goes for days on a single charge. The keys have excellent responses! It's slim and easy to slip in the organizer pocket of my backpack. I bought this to replace my USB wired Satechi keypad, which I had for 13 years. If you're thinking about upgrading to the Satechi Buetooth, it's totally worth it! Also worth the extra money, if you're a first time buyer. This brand has been very reliable for me.

This is a pretty good keypad. It paired with my iMac on the first try and works great. It looks nice next to my Apple keyboard. The metal finish isn't an exact match, but it's close enough. The charging port is on the back, so you can use it while it's charging. Like others, mine didn't sit exactly flat on the desk, but one small piece of tape on the little rubber foot on the back fixed it invisibly; not a big deal. As other reviewers have noted the key labels are decals, and I guess they might wear with time. They are not exactly the same color as the Apple keyboard labels but are, again, close enough. Overall, I think that for the price this is a good product. I did NOT receive a discount or any other consideration in return for this review; I paid full retail price for this product.

Almost good, just not usb-c. I didn’t think there were products still in the market that are micro usb, super lame.

It worked perfectly, but 2 months later, when I charged it for the first time (the battery lasts a long time) some keys stopped working (2, 5, 8, 0, etc) since I am outside the United States, the guarantee would imply that I send it , and it would be cheaper to buy another one than to send it under guarantee, a total disappointment, another item that I had of this brand was also damaged the same month, in conclusion I will not buy anything of this brand again.

I have purchased numerous Satechi products, and I love them. Their looks make them a perfect fit for my Apple products. This was my first Satechi product that I genuinely disliked enough to write about. First, the bluetooth keypad wobbles when typed on. This is INCREDIBLY annoying (see video) and defiantly not the quality I expect from a 40$ keypad or Satechi. Second, the numbers on the keypad are stickers. This is a minor note, but also I would expect higher quality for a 40$ number pad. The overall construction is nice, and it looks perfect as a compliment to Apple's magic keyboard, so its sad that it is such a low quality product.

Super veloce ed affidabile come sempre il servizio amazon. Ottimo prodotto, come da descrizione. Collegato in un attimo, senza alcuna difficoltà sia a mac sia alla macchina virtuale windows che utilizzo per lavoro. Molto gradevole esteticamente, si integra perfettamente allo stile della tastiera apple. Quasi impercettibile il passaggio dall'una all'altro. Molto comodo che non abbia pile da dover sostituire. A chi serve un tastierino numerico da integrare al lato della tastiera lo consiglio vivamente. Prezzo nella media con gli altri prodotti che si trovano in commercio.

Je viens de recevoir ce pavé numérique en remplacement d'un précédent achat d'une autre marque. Le prix est un peu élevé, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous.Utilisé sur W10,il a été tout de suite reconnu et fonctionne sans problème. Design fin et agréable, coffret robuste en métal brossé, touches sensibles et confortables. Le plus: se recharge sur un port USB, mais fonctionne en Bluetooth. Donc pas de port utilisé sur mon portable et pas besoin de courir après des piles. Le moins: le Bluetooth se met en veille un peu rapidement pour économiser les piles, donc une petite latence au réveil.

A vírgula faz bastante falta!
