These aren't any different than you can buy at a local store, but for me it is a GREAT VALUE! I have free shipping so that doesn't fa tired into the cost but there's more here in this bottle than I could purchase at my local pharmacy or other stores. I think it's a wonderful buy.

They are easy to swallow and seem to be working because my doctor has not said I need to take more than what I have been.

I got these pills because I am Vitamin D deficient (numbers usually under 10 ng/mL with lab work). I was taking D3 1000 IU and over time I got my numbers to 14 ng/mL (still deficient). I started taking these and literally overnight (I got lab work done two days in a row) and it went from 14 ng/mL to 20ng/mL. I have to get a lot of blood work done and I will be getting more done in 2 weeks. I would not be surprised if my numbers are in the normal range at that point. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with their levels to take this vitamin. Make sure to run it by your health care provider if you have any questions or concerns but for me this has been life changing! The pill is easy to swallow, I take it once a day and it does help keep my mood up too! 10/10 would recommend!!! No smell, pills have no stickiness, and Sleep quality is great.

My doctor and I were both concerned with my vitamin D deficiency. He had prescribed a weekly 50,000 IU D2 from the pharmacy. The needle barely moved at all, up a little but then even lower later. I started taking 3 of these daily, except once a week when I still take the prescription D2, and my levels have suddenly shot up over the space of about 3 months from 23 ng/ml to after being on them less than two weeks it increased to 35. Then three months after that it went up to 58 ng/ml. My doctor seemed surprised and asked what was different, and I told him about this new daily D3 intake. He said that's a heavy dose, but it seems to be working, so keep going. I get blood work in another 3 months to check again, and if it's continued to rise I plan to probably dial it back to 2 daily instead of 3, see how that goes. They're small, easy to swallow, and seem to be effective. The 5,000 IU bottles are labeled as USP verified, a third-party indepedent testing lab, so that provides some peace of mind as well.

Wish they sold larger sizes of this 10,000 mg per cap My MD wants me to take a large dose every two weeks.
