Strong, Fresh, and Great for Aromatherapy
Sun Essential Oils Camphor Essential Oil is of excellent quality. The scent is strong, clean, and refreshing, and a little goes a long way. It works beautifully in a diffuser and adds a crisp, invigorating aroma to any space. A great choice for anyone who loves pure, potent essential oils.

“ lasting results”
The peppermint oil comes in a sturdy amber glass bottle with a secure cap to protect the oil from light and preserve its potency. It often includes a dropper for easy application, making it convenient to mix with water or other carriers. The packaging is leak-proof and well-labeled, with clear instructions for use and dilution ratios. Scent and Quality: The oil has a strong, refreshing peppermint scent that is both invigorating and effective in repelling insects. It smells natural and pure, without any synthetic undertones. The quality of the oil is evident in its potency; a few drops go a long way in creating a powerful deterrent for pests like ants, spiders, and mosquitoes. Effectiveness for Insects: When diluted with water and sprayed in areas where insects are active, this oil works remarkably well as a natural repellent. It keeps ants, spiders, and other pests away without the need for harsh chemicals. Users have reported success in deterring pests from entryways, windowsills, kitchens, and outdoor areas. For best results, it may need to be reapplied every few days, especially in heavily infested areas. Ease of Use: The oil is easy to use—mixing it with water in a spray bottle or adding a few drops to cotton balls placed around the home is straightforward. Some users even add it to cleaning solutions for dual-purpose cleaning and pest control. Additional Benefits: Aside from its insect-repelling properties, peppermint oil leaves a pleasant, clean scent in the home. It also doubles as a natural air freshener and has potential uses for aromatherapy, making it versatile. Potential Drawbacks: • The strong scent may be overwhelming for those sensitive to peppermint. • It requires regular reapplication for continuous effectiveness. • If not properly diluted, it can irritate the skin, so caution is necessary during use. Final Thoughts: This peppermint oil is an excellent, eco-friendly alternative to chemical insect repellents. It’s effective, easy to use, and leaves your home smelling fresh. While it may require consistent application for lasting results, its natural properties and versatility make it a worthwhile purchase.

Great source of this essential oil
A great source for this essential oil at a reasonable price. I needed a good amount to use to mask odors in some moldy books. In a sealed container with baking soda, vials with wicks containing this oil did the trick of making the books acceptable after a few weeks of treatment. The faint smell of cinnamon that remains is not objectionable.

Long, but hopefully helpful review of Sun Organics Ylang Ylang oil.
Ylang Ylang has a sweet and floral aroma that is very calming and relaxing, but do you know how beneficial it can be? You can do a google search and find all the information you need. I have done a lot of research and have kept notes on all the oils I use. First, some information so you have some idea what you're looking for and what you're getting. Ylang Ylang oil is steam distilled from the flowers of the herb Cananga odorata genuina, and Cananga odorata is the Genus Species. There are 5 different oil qualities each with a different name, and each pertaining to the time the flowers are harvested, and the amount of time in the distillation process. To get the highest quality, the flowers need to be picked in the early morning, and the first hour of distillation produces the best quality oil, known as Ylang Ylang Complete. This is therapeutic grade, and is harder to find, and the most expensive. The lowest grade is known as Cananga odorata and is widely available. For most of us, the decision on which grade we choose has much to do with what we will use it for, what we are willing to spend, and what we can find. And for the most part, for normal usage, we settle on mid-grade. Now, for some of the documented health benefits of Ylang Ylang that I know you will be interested in (keeping in mind that the purer the formula, the better the results). The plant properties are; anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiseptic, anti-depressant, vasodilating, regulates heartbeat, anti-diabetic, tonic and sedative. It helps to reduce anxiety & depression, improves diabetes, combats insomnia & hair loss, clears oily skin & acne, smooths wrinkles & improves mature skin by stimulating new cell growth. It also releases tension, improves high blood pressure, heart palpitations, tachycardia (rapid heart beat), arrhythmia (irregular heart beat), helps control diabetes, intestinal problems, and increases libido (in both men and women), and in few cases it has helped ease headaches. This is all information that I have found in researching it. I'm not sure which information came from which specific site, but again, you can google it yourself. To use Ylang Ylang, you can apply it to the skin to promote relaxation, kill bacteria, lower blood pressure, and increase sexual desire. (I always dilute my oils with a carrier oil to avoid any negative skin reactions, this is a highly suggested practice.) Only apply Neat (not diluted) if you have the Complete as mentioned above. It is also part of a blend used to kill head lice. It is most commonly used as a fragrance for cosmetics and soaps. This is a wonderful oil to inhale directly from the bottle, or to diffuse. You can find many recipes on the web or Pinterest that will tell you what and how to blend it. With all that being said, this is not the highest grade of oil, it isn't the lowest grade (in my opinion), it falls in the mid range and suits my needs. I find it to be a pleasant and uplifting scent that I turn to often, so I use quite a bit and this is a large bottle that is priced right for my use. I have noticed some of the benefits in my own personal use. It has helped to diminish the severity of my migraines, improved the appearance of my skin, relieves tension and has a nice calming effect. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is simply that there is no disclosure or information on the label. I tend to be apprehensive about a product when I find this, but that has been put to rest. I do like this product and the company, and you can go to their website sunorganic(dotcom). They are located in CA and their products are raised on their farms. This is a BIG plus for me, I like to know where the items I am buying are produced, and I like to support organizations in the USA instead of sending my money over seas! I highly recommend this oil, and I support Sun Organic. I buy many of my oils from them. Try it, you just may be pleasantly surprised, and they offer a 100% money back guarantee so you don't have to break the bank in the process.

Rip Off!
As an avid lover of Eucalyptus & Peppermint oil scents and a life-long chronic sinusitis sufferer, it helps me breathe clearly at night as I sleep...you can see by the second pic, I am always looking for the best deal on the strongest scent I can find, so I was thrilled to find this offer of 16 ounces under $20. UNFORTUNATELY THE DEAL IS RENDERED WORTHLESS, WHEN YOU HAVE TO USE 4 TIMES THE NORMAL AMOUNT THAN WITH OTHER BRANDS! I could smell the scent faintly while it was all-in its bottle, yet when I pulled 2 dropper-fulls and put them in the tea-light vessel to warm and release for aromatherapy, it was extremely DISAPPOINTING! There was literally no scent. So much for a great bargain! Hours of shopping, browsing to find a bulk bottle at a good price, but if you have to use so much more, it voids the bargain...epic fail! 2nd Complaint in same order: I also ordered Peppermint oil, 8 ounces @ $14.⁹⁹. After several emails telling me I had received this package, it finally showed up, 3 days later! I wish they had just kept it and refunded money. This bottle was so much worse than the afore mentioned one, that they very well could have sent a bottle of Canola cooking oil, and you wouldn't have known the difference! and if you use Peppermint as much as I do, you know that even an inexpensive brand of pure mentha arvensis (corn mint) or mentha piperita (peppermint, the one you should always get), should ONLY be mixed with other true Essential oils for fusion blends, such as Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Lavender, etc.! This is where this brand goes wrong. READ THE INGREDIENTS: Triethyl Citrate Oil and Corn Mint Oil...That first ingredient is defined as: Triethyl Citrate, is an ester of citric acid. It is a colorless, odorless liquid used as a food additive for stabilization. It is also used in pharmaceutical coatings and plastics, etc. Inhalation of high concentrations of its gas/vapor causes lung irritation with coughing and nausea, central nervous depression with headache and dizziness, slowing of reflexes, fatigue and inco-ordination. The main effects of simple esters are irritation, stupor and insensibility! Yep, you know that's what I bought it for...NOT! So, if anyone in Amazon Customer Service are paying attention, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, or another good strong brand of Eucalyptus 16 oz. NO CHARGE, and and an 8 oz. Bottle of Peppermint oil. Thank you!!! UPDATE NOTE: I do hope I corrected whatever it was that kept you from publicizing my review the first time...I still have not been contacted about compensation for these two bottles of mineral oil masquerading as Essential oils, considering that's over $35, I really would like a premium 16oz bottle of Eucalyptus and a premium mentha piperita Peppermint oil 8oz. to replace the bad ones! Amazon you have always been good to me, DON'T STOP NOW! My printed voice can get pretty loud!!!

Rich, Versatile Cedarwood Oil That Elevates My Routine
I recently bought the 8‑oz bottle of Sun Cedarwood Essential Oil, and it’s become a staple in my home. Here’s why it stands out: 🌲 Why I Love It: Deep, Authentic Aromatic Experience – Smells like a warm forest after rain. Relaxing yet grounding—perfect for diffusers, DIY blends, or natural air freshening. Excellent Quality & Value – The 8‑oz size is generous and lasts a long time, especially if you blend 2–3 drops per use. The amber glass bottle keeps it protected from light to preserve aroma and potency. Multipurpose Use – I’ve used it in a diffuser, homemade beard oil, linen sprays, and even a few drops in shampoo—softens hair, soothes the scalp, and creates a comforting scent. Gentle & Natural – No synthetic fragrances or added chemicals—just pure cedarwood oil. A little goes a long way with a high-quality essential oil like this. ⚠️ A Few Tips: Patch Test First – Always dilute before topical use—2–3 drops in a carrier like jojoba or grape-seed oil to avoid skin sensitivity. Bold Flavor – It has a potent woody aroma, so start light if you’re new to earthy scents. ✅ Final Verdict: Sun’s Cedarwood Essential Oil offers excellent aroma quality, strong versatility, and long-lasting value. It’s a lush, clean addition to aromatherapy, DIY skincare, or natural home freshening. A great pick for anyone who appreciates pure, effective essential oils!

Bottle wasn't sealed leaked
It smells good. The problem is that even though the bottle was covered in plastic the seal under the cap was open. I noticed when I opened the bag I could smell vanilla very strong. When I got the plastic off the bottle I noticed the bottle seemed oily. When I took the cap off the bottle, the seal was off. I don't know how much spilled. That is why I gave it 3 stars. It should have been sealed correctly. I use a digital scale and I use an exact amount when I use the fragrance so I guess I'll find out how much was lost Hopefully it wasn't a lot. I don't know if I can recommend this brand. It smells good but if it spills during delivery, you are not getting the amount you paid for.
