5 stars with a asterisk, well actually let's take some stars off and put them back
For the price this truck is great on further review might not be that great. Raise the body post before you even run it. It runs way faster with the body raised. I also have seen videos where holes have been cut in back window of body to help with air flow. I have not done that yet worried that might weaken the shell. Shell is nice the spare tire and roof lights help protect shell when it rolls. Without them it would be lighter but again shell might take some damage. I have ran 5 battery lives through it and it has held up well with some pretty big crashes. The plastic pieces have lots of flex to them. These newer models only have 1 shell and charger just so you know. The original release had 2 each. Lights are good ran it at twilight last night and was impressed when ran during day didn't think much of them but in dark good. The top lights are a bit of a pain to hook up but when running during day I don't plug them in just hook the wire up in the clip inside the shell so it doesn't hang out of body. Also push the light bar down and push the clips through the 2nd hole in the post so the light bar doesn't rock around. All in all a great truck for the price thats the asterisk. Has good speed with the body lifted. The tires do rub the shell when it is lower. I might trim the wheel wells to eliminate the small amount of rubbing that still happens when turning. Good looking truck, my wife said wow when I 1st showed her so thats pretty high praise. Going to upgrade the battery for a little more power and speed but honestly as is its a good little truck for the $90 I paid. It is a little small for a 1:10 scale as others have noted but all in all I was happy with it. Adding to this run number 6 run front differential seems to have went out no more front wheel drive no hard bombing just driving around no big jumps or anything. Seems like alot to get in and actually see whats up with it going to have to take whole front end apart. This may or may not be worth really fixing might be just rear wheel till it dies. Okay revising again took dif apart looked okay. Replaced a axel going good again. So customer service got a hold of me and is sending some parts so thats cool. Truck is proving to be pretty durable and good customer service gets all 5 stars

Extreme value for the money
So I bought this during the Black Friday sale for under 80 bucks total. I have been building and playing with RC cars for almost 40 years and have had some that are ridiculously fast and powerful. This thing might be the best deal I’ve ever seen for 80 dollars. It’s pretty darn fast, but has a speed setting if you want to slow it down for beginners. The batteries last for a while and charge via usb, it has lights which means you can play with it at night and know which end is the front in the dark…..It has really nice tires and RIPS through the grass and dirt with its 4WD. I can’t say how much abuse it can handle but it certainly was able to jump off my patio steps and land just fine (6 stone steps). The suspension is loose and keeps it from flipping when you make hard turns. The folks on here complaining about the suspension are clearly not RC car people….Trust me it’s good. It’s only been a few day a but it’s a total recommend so far.

Durable RC trucks for the money.
Bought 2 of these a year ago (2024) and they are still a blast to play with. In that time, they have seen snow, rain, and even the beach (sand and salt water are not forgiving). Despite the harsh treatment, you really need to try to break these in the first place. But things have broke on them, thankfully thier simple design and cheap replacement parts make repairs easy. I would say the most common issues are the little clips for the body falling off randomly, the plastic posts that hold the body snap off where they mount to the frame, and the wheels can fly off at times (just be mindful that you tighten down the wheel nuts each time you play with them). Less common, if you drive them into the ocean you can kiss the steering motor goodbye. So overall solid RC cars for the price.

Great when it’s running, great support when it breaks
Update 2: Support on their website was great! A new truck is in the way so now we’ll have a second one for parts. Can’t wait to get it back in the road! Update: Found the part that broke but now I can’t figure out where to get a new one. It’s fast. It’s fun. The lights look great! My 9yo and his 12yo brother are having a blast running it up and down the road jumping the driveway curbs. And it didn’t last more than a day without a crippling problem. We have a broken wheel and a wheel that won’t drive. Now I’m playing mechanic (and that’s not good.) If I have to buy parts and take it apart every day for my kid to drive it, I’ll be shopping for another brand. Hopefully I can figure out this drive issue and get it back on the road where it belongs.

A Bunch Of Fun!!!
Arrived quickly! Great buy, I am honestly impressed for the price. This is a super fun short track four wheel drive RC vehicle. Would be perfect for beginners or like me a couple friends just racing around. Grandson LOVES it. Battery life is as expected, mostly depends on how you drive. Plenty of time to play and it comes with two batteries. So plenty of fun! It’s fast and durable. I can imagine if you smash it into something hard it WILL break. I’ve flipped it, jumped it and it’s keeps screaming. Parts are available if you do break something. I took the spare tire off and didn’t install the roof bar light supplied. I figured I would tear them off rolling it. After each time a battery is used, I turn the vehicle upside down to allow all dirt, small rocks and debris to fall out. Keep it clean, dry and you will enjoy it…

Pursuit of the BEST cheap 1/10
I’m starting to think that shopping for RC cars is more fun than driving them… I have been scouring Amazon for cheap (compared to hobby brands) toys for my 5yo son. As a 90s kid this is WAY too amusing, y’all got it good these days. We started with a BBLD (“Blazing Boost Let’s Dash” - gotta love it) 1/18 scale and I think it’s still my favorite car to drive. Tiny, hilarious, donut machine. For only $60! This started my craving. My buddy has all Traxxis so I’m hell bent on one upping him with one of these cheap off brands. As the only issue with the 1/18 was its ability to get through 6” of snow I decided to buy something bigger. This is difficult cause the cheap brands are all much smaller than their size claim. But I decided 1/10 was enough. The 9201E issues: -certainly got through the snow and was a blast to drive but it ran out of power quickly (15-20 min) and you could notice the power decline as you got towards the end. -clips not wired to body so I lost one on first drive -battery lock clip for securing battery is very hard to open and close Again still a fun car and for the price excellent for a young child, way better than 90s Toy R Us crap. But nowhere close to a hobby grade 1/10. I decided to return and after way too much time on my phone lying to my wife about what I’m doing, bought the brushless, 3S capable, Hosim 1/10 for almost $200. We will see if this scratches the itch. Awesome to live in a time with affordable, high performance toys.

Fast and fun RC truck – had an issue, but replacement made it right
I ordered this RC truck as a gift and was excited to try it out, but the first one arrived missing both batteries. Disappointing at first—but Amazon customer service was great and quickly sent a replacement, which had everything included and worked perfectly. Once we got the full kit, this thing turned out to be a blast. It’s fast (easily hits 30+ mph), handles off-road terrain well, and feels like a great value for a hobby-grade RC. The two rechargeable batteries give around 40–45 minutes of total runtime, which is a big plus over models with just one. Suspension, speed, and controls are responsive, and it’s held up well through rough backyard driving.

Nice car
First time buying one.. it is fast and the battery does not last much..so kind of happy they sent two. But for my firt time.. is fast, handles great. In would say the clips are a little hard to get in ther holes are too small to see, i have scratch the plastic cover..so not sure the desig will last long since you have to take it off to replace the battery.
