Reliable & Easy Egg Cooker for Perfect Results Every Time
I've been using this egg cooker for a few weeks now and I'm very impressed. It lets me cook up to seven eggs at once with different doneness levels (soft, medium, hard) by simply adjusting the water level. The included measuring cup and automatic shut-off make it practically foolproof. Many users report consistently well-cooked eggs with easy-to-peel shells. It's compact, easy to clean, and nice to have when you want breakfast prep done quickly. One thing to watch: you'll need to experiment a little with the water level for perfect results, especially if you're using eggs of varying sizes. Overall, great value and a smart kitchen gadget for anyone who eats eggs regularly.

This egg cooker works well 🥚🥚🥚
I'm typically prepared to be somewhat disappointed with most things the past several years. However, this is great. The cooking time is determined by how much water you add, with the little provided measuring cup. It sits right on my desk at work, it's small & unassuming and perfect with multiple eggs for breakfast or a single egg for a little snack.

Cooks eggs well makes sad sound
This is kind of sad. The tray is not great. I’ve usually use the rapid cooker from Dash when the eggs are ready. It plays a fun song. I didn’t realize it up until the day that I have now been psychologically programmed to want to listen to that song. This thing makes a noise like your flat lining at a hospital. Which to be honest is fairly accurate, but it does a great job of cooking the eggs so I’m not gonna give it a low rating, but I want to communicate to whoever designed this that that sound is sad. It makes me depressed and I couldn’t enjoy my eggs, but they came out really good.

Six extra large eggs are a tight squeeze. This would probably be too small for six jumbo eggs.
I’ve been using this egg steamer for around two months now to make hard-boiled eggs, six at a time. (There’s room for a seventh in the middle, but I’m precise and don’t use it.) It works beautifully, just as described. As some have warned, the metal heating pan has already become tarnished, apparently because I’m not going to bother using distilled water. But that discoloration doesn't seem to be a problem; it just means the metal looks somewhat rusty. However, what COULD be a problem is that there doesn’t seem to be room enough to boil six jumbo-sized eggs. I buy extra large eggs, and the hemispheric cover barely fits over them, with a very tiny gap along the bottom that may possibly let out some steam (though I’ve never seen any) but doesn’t affect the cooking. But if you prefer jumbo eggs, this steamer is definitely not made for them, at least not six or seven at a time… a limitation that, considering this is billed as an "egg cooker," is actually kind of ridiculous.

Great little egg cooker! UPDATE 10/8/20
UPDATE: 8 months later and still loving this egg cooker! Perfect HB eggs, easy to clean and store. As mentioned in my previous review, this SS model was not supposed to have the buzzer, but it does and I'm glad. I get distracted and completely forget about the eggs...haha. My method is still to put them in a bowl without water when they're done for 45 minutes or so. I found that after the 45 minutes if I then rinse in cold water enough to handle them, they peel SUPER easy. I only do this if I'm using them all within a day or so. They still peel easy even if refrigerated in the shell. ---------------------------------------- I chose this egg cooker because of the stainless steel lid - I prefer that over plastic. It was smaller than I expected, but that makes it very cute! I also wanted one that didn't have the annoying sound when the eggs are done, which this one isn't supposed to have. But it does! It isn't as loud as the example in the video someone posted, so no heart attacks over here. It holds 7 eggs. I used extra large eggs in my first round, which didn't work great because they were too big and prevented the lid from seating correctly. They came out a bit underdone for hard cooked since steam was escaping from the bottom of the lid. Instead of rinsing them in cold water to stop them from cooking, I let them sit in a bowl for about 30 minutes to continue cooking. This made them perfect. My second and third round I used large eggs and they fit correctly. I still let them sit in a bowl for a bit without a cold water rinse and then put them in the fridge. They generally peel nicely, and for the ones that are a bit more difficult I peel while running under water and that helps a lot. You're supposed to poke a hole in the fat end of the egg before cooking. The pin that is attached to the little water measuring cup works fine, however some eggs have thicker shells so for those I use medium pressure while twisting the pin back and forth to make the hole. I love this little cooker so far! I like hard boiled eggs and egg salad, but cooking eggs the traditional way with a pot of water is kind of a pain. This little thing makes it very easy, and again, it's damned cute!

Perfect little egg cooker
Aww man what a great invention! I bought this egg cooker after my traditional egg boiler final died on me. I was initially hesitant to buy it because I was used to the boiler, but wow what an upgraded. The egg cooker size is small, just perfect for steaming, poaching, or omeleting (think I made that word up) eggs so it won't take up a lot of space. I appreciate the stainless steel finish as it's easy to clean. The device has one button on it and once you've loaded it with the appropriate water level (see the plastic sizer cup included), put the egg holder you need in, and put the cover on, press that on button. And it cooks the eggs for as long as the water you put in it takes to evaporate cooking the eggs to perfection every time. Just note that when steaming hard shell eggs, the eggs may have some of the protein escape from the egg and drip into water on heat source and burn once the water has all evaporated but it's not a big deal. Just needs a little clean up (I use white vinegar) and the cooker is ready to go again. Also worry not about the eggs tasting burnt. That doesn't occur. If you eat a lot of eggs like I do, you'll love this thing. It's amazing. I highly recommend it!👏

I don't cook at all really, but needed something to make eggs. First I washed the machine when it arrived, assembled it, plugged it in and added water for 2 hard boiled eggs. I did not use the piecing pin. It took about 11 minutes to the beep. I ran both eggs under cold water for 1 minute and then shelled them. Much to my surprise they were the most perfect hard boiled eggs I've ever eaten. I mean they were astoundingly perfect with bright yellow centers, no running, but not overcooked either.. What's more the machine had zero mess to clean, the stainless tray was still clean, the inside of the stainless cover had moisture on it a quick rinse and they were both ready for the next use. Very Highly recommended.

So this product brags that it is so easy to make soft or hard-boiled eggs without standing over the stove waiting for the pot to boil. This product does not lie - this is a practical little piece of equipment - sturdy - cleans well - works well BUT....there is no alert noise to tell you when the eggs are done besides the machine switching off. I am glad I purchased this product and do recommend it. Eggs were hard-boiled as expected. If your on a road trip and want to do your own little room service with eggs, French baguette, ham and cheese this would work well. Small and easy to store

Love the look of the Stainless Steel but lid doesn't fit properly and you can't see the eggs which is nice to be able to do, so would not purchase S/S again but love these egg steamers!!!

Anyone who has tried to boil a fresh egg will hear me when I say it’s a challenge to get the shell off nicely . With this nifty little unit I can grab fresh same day egg from my hens and boil them in this little wonder and the shell peels off perfectly ! Don’t you just love it when a purchase exceeds your expectations !?
