Quality product

Thoroughly surprised by the quality of this product. It has a mechanism where it unfolds the canopy and deploys it with a button press in the handle and to fold the canopy back you have to press the same button in handle ( manually folding doesn't work) and collapse the telescopic rod and by manually pressing the folded canopy downwards to lock it with handle. We cannot re deploy the umbrella unless completely closed. Small size fits in my trouser pockets easily. Interesting product.

Perfect and does the job. However, it is quite small, and you might need a bigger size when you need to cover your shoulder bag.

I ordered the silver (for my organizing system as this goes on trips with me) and it’s GORGEOUS! Get this color!! These are compact, lightweight and so far seems much sturdier than others of similar size/price. Can’t live without these for work travel so am really glad to have something I think I can afford, rarely in and it looks fabulous.

I posted the below review with 1-star and was contacted by customer service. I sent pictures of the problem and it was determined that I received one which was supposed to be returned but was inadvertently put back in stock. They immediately sent a new one and I couldn't ask for better customer service. OLD REVIEW Not sure what happened but one arrived in good and new condition while the other was faded with a strange chemical smell. Not happy with this purchase and don't have time to return it.

They work great just wish they were longer very short

It looks great and seems to be a better quality than I expected. Its not heavy but theres more weight to it than I expected. It doesn't feel cheap at all. I'm less than impressed with the case it comes in. Some people said they have issues getting the umbrella back inside of it but I have no problem there. It goes back inside easily, tooeasily actually. I'm afraid it's going to just fall off and I'll lose it. The umbrella has a loop on the end of the handle which I love, but I wish the case did too. Or had some elastic inside the opening or something to secure it a little better. The handle of the umbrella also seems a little short. I expected the handle to extend a little more but it doesn't. At all. In the picture, my head is actually touching the top of the umbrella and it feels like im holding my hand up really high. Otherwise the size is perfect. The actual umbrella part is even bigger than I expected and should keep me dry no problem, even with my backpack on. It just came today so I haven't gotten to try it out yet. Warning: the 1st time you open it, be prepared because it opened so fast and with so much force that it startled me lol. Its very fast, and I suggest making sure you're not to close to anyone else or anything breakable. Putting it back down wasn't super easy either. It may be because it's brand new, and im hoping it will ease/loosen up with time, but it takes quite a bit of force/pressure to slide the handle back inside when closing it. Just push the button to close the umbrella part, but then you need to push the handle back in, and that took some force to do. More than I expected or think it should take. But overall, so far, I am pleased with my purchase, especially for the price I paid.
