This little deep fryer has been such a great addition to my kitchen. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly, giving everything that perfect crispy texture. It’s the ideal size for small families or quick snacks—no need to use a big fryer for a small batch. The temperature control is simple to use, and the basket is easy to lift and clean. I also love that it doesn’t take up much counter space and is very lightweight. If you want a compact fryer that works really well and doesn’t make a mess, this one is an excellent choice!

We wanted a smaller fryer to make mozzarella sticks and this works perfectly! We usually make enough for two people and the quantity is plenty. Heats up and quick, takes up little room and is great for us!

To be honest - I have been a Fry Daddy fan for years and I am on my second one. My one frustration was no temperature control. I finally just had it and went looking for a good alternative and I found this. You can easily adjust the temperature. ADDED bonus - it has a basket for frying small items AND a top to omit splattering!!! Oh Chefman...where have you been all my life?!?!?!

I read many good reviews about this little fryer, but personally, I am not impressed with the one I bought. The single most important thing about deep frying foods is temperature. Most fish or shrimp cooks well at 350* to 375*. This fryer will top out at 325*. Which means you will not get a crispy fish or shrimp, but oily and rubbery. When you turn it on to max (375*) the light goes out at 325* so its about 50 degrees off. It's a simple fix/adjustment at the factory when they are testing it before they give it the stamp of approval before sale. But as it is so often, many times it's up to an single individual doing the actual testing, and they have bad days like all the rest of us, so a few bad ones slip through and then you read reviews like this one. So in other words, I wasted my money. I bought the one they tested when they were having a bad day. You win a few, you lose a few. Oh well, you live and learn.

Works as it should. Gets hot enough to fry. Going to take awhile to get things brown. It doesn’t get real real hot. But I’ve made french fries And got them crispy. It’s small. So you can’t fry much at once.

Love this thing! We don't really fry food too often so i didn't want a big fryer i would struggle to be able to store once not in use. This thing is compack and gets the job done! The magnetic part of the plug that goes into the frier can be a little finicky, but all in all, it was a wonderful buy. Had mine for over a year, not issues.
