Bought this book for both my daughters in law on Mother’s Day. One had a 2 month old and the other an eight month old. Being a new mom isn’t for the faint of heart, so the cute little story was very relatable and humorous. 10/10 would purchase again!

This little book is funny and just the right gift for new moms who are bumbling their ways through motherhood. I highly recommend this and its companion book, Thete Are Worse Dads Than You. Both books were a big hit with the new parents in our family.

There Are Moms Way Worse Than You is such a funny and refreshing read. I honestly didn’t expect to laugh as much as I did. The book has a very unique sense of humor it’s clever, silly, and a little wild in the best way. It’s the kind of book you can flip through quickly, but it still sticks with you because the jokes and comparisons are so unexpected. One thing I really enjoyed is how the book puts motherhood into perspective. It uses humor to remind you that you’re doing better than you think, and that no parent is perfect which is something every mom needs to hear at least once in a while. The way it mixes real animal facts with jokes is super creative and adds to the charm. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because there’s some swearing and a few illustrations that felt a little inappropriate or not something I’d personally want around younger kids. The humor definitely leans more toward an adult audience, so I wouldn’t consider it a family-friendly book or something to read with little ones. Still, the message behind it is uplifting and funny, and the delivery is unforgettable. It’s a great gift for moms who appreciate humor with a bit of an edge, and it’s perfect when you need a reminder not to be so hard on yourself. Overall, it’s unique, entertaining, and genuinely hilarious just definitely a book meant for adults.
