The quality of this transfer tape is good, but it is quite thick. I attempted to use it to transfer permanent vinyl to water bottles, but it adheres so well to the vinyl that when you peel it off, it pulls the design with it, leaving you with lots of bubbles under the vinyl. I will most likely use it to transfer fine details.

I had a cheaper transfer tape to move my designs from the smart vinyl but it wasn’t sticky enough to remove the vinyl in one piece. So I though I’d buy the proper one from cricut. Same exact thing. It is not sticky enough to remove the vinyl from the roll so that I can place it where I want it. I’ve spent one hour trying to make it without any luck Second review.. Finally got my hands on the strong grip transfer tape! spent hours peeling a vinyl and it was time to transfer it. Excitement all over the place! Boom! Transfer complete, time to peel off the transfer tape. Little did I know that the strong grip transfer tape is created with adhesive standards of the airspace industry.. This thing will not peel off the vinyl... Complete failure. All the work on the vinyl lost... I can't believe that there is no "right" amount of adhesion to transfer the official vinyl and not have issues :/ anyway... it is what it is. 1/5 stars is way too much. At least now I have something to glue together a plane if I ever have to :D

You have to manually remove the vinyl and place it on the transfer tape otherwise it doesn't actually peal it off the vinyl!!!

the glue behind is of bad quality. it does not leave the vinyl easily and leaves glue on the vinyl after pulling. It spoilt my two projects.
