I've been using black seed oil (different brands) for about 2 years now, and recently switched to capsules containing oil, which is much easier for me to take. When I saw this product with the garlic, olive leaf, cayenne and ginger, I thought it would be perfect. However, I did not realize these were capsules filled with powdered product (mostly cayenne, from what I can see/smell/taste, etc.). I've taken a few of them, and sometimes it burns a bit - can't tell if it is giving me the benefits I've received in the past - it's too soon to tell. However, I ordered some black seed oil (OIL) from another company and will be taking it again - using this as a backup supplement. I should have paid closer attention ... well, I thought I had.
