Q: Does this have a handle or loop or just a bow?

Just a bow. This puff is quite small. More suited for makeup puff rather than body puff. It is quite soft on the skin.

Q: Are these puffs washable?

They are hand washable. I wouldn't put them through a wash machine tho.

Q: how do you clean this puff?

I clean it like a make up brush/ sponge. Hot water make up brush cleaner. Rinse. Repeat. Squeeze water off and hang it to dry. Then use a brush to fluff it back up.
