I use this in several recipes even when it doesn't call for it. I'm still learning how to include it in different meals. Overall I would say its a good product, something we all need.

Not a fine powder. Needed to regrind or mortar & pestle
Was NOT a fine powder. The company should state that. Had to regrind and use mortar pestle, HOWEVER Taste excellent.

Grab this great buy!
This powdered ginger was a really good buy. Fresh and pungent, I have been using it to mix and brew tea. The ginger powder also did a magnificent job in Christmas gingersnaps. I intend to buy another bag to freeze in an air-tight container for future use. The bag I currently have is also stored in an air-tight container and in a cool pantry. I highly recommend! Don't pay a fortune for ginger tea teabags.
