This keyboard is not hot-swappable, thanks for your attention to Keychron C2.

Q: What does the key do that is above the "ins" key, to the left of the "microphone" key, and looks like a square with a slash through it? (Windows 10)

That’s the screenshot (print screen) key.

Q: What is the keycap profile?

The C2 has all necessary multimedia and function keys (Num Lock works with Windows only), while compatible with Windows, and comes with a dedicated Siri or Cortana key. Extra keycaps for both Mac and Windows operating systems are included.

Q: How do I get the backlights on ?

The C2 doesn’t have backlights
