Since February I have adopted this way of eating, have shed weight, gained muscle, have more energy and feel so much better, in short it involves eating as we've evolved: no sugar or refined carb; more protein; more animal fat and olive oil; much more fibre; no rapeseed or sunflower oil; fish and/or omega 3 supplement for the right omega 3:6 ratio; rarely drink alcohol; and as close to zero additives as I can (if it has an ingredient list I don’t eat it as it’s not real food). Eating additive filled food from breakfast cereals to bread to ready meals has become normalised - but this (obv!) isn’t natural food and it’s not good for us! Importantly this way of eating sorts our gut biome out: chemicals knacker our biome, all the good natural proper food nourish it into a healthy bacterial colony. For a decade I have had broken sleep, since I changed my way of eating I now usually sleep through. That’s my biggest evidence this works. So refreshing to eat the way my body is designed to and forget about all the commercialised crud that's thrust in our faces. Heartily recommend giving this book a read. The Diet Whisperer Plan is the best thing my husband and I have ever done for our life and health. He's lost 4 stone and I've lost nearly 3 stone whilst eating delicious food. We've been eating in this new diet whisperer way for 7 months and have also seen improvements in our blood test results and general wellbeing. It's a way of eating which is sustainable long term because if you get it right you feel full for a long time after your meal and don't feel the need to eat until your next meal. The book is a fantastic educational read that we've learnt so much from and continue to learn more and more.

Great book - very informative and helps to explain how our metabolism works and gives us the tools to have a better understanding and influence over what we put in our bodies, whether it be to loose weight or improve health and more importantly prevent future illness . Beautifully written , easy to read , and a book that everyone can take something from, whatever their health goals !
