Really good, using for hair loss and also hay fever

I find this capsule formula easier to swallow than pills which tend to be quite rough and prone to sticking in my throat. Dr Mark Stengler in his excellent book, "Healing the Prostate" suggests Stinging Nettle and Saw Palmetto produce better results when taken in combination.

I was rather surprised by the large size of the capsules, but the product was delivered on time and in good condition. Time will tell of it's effectiveness.
