Description is says pair/box will i get 1 or 2 baffles?

A pair is two - two come in the box.

The 4 screws wil not tighten into my merta82-8146 speaker plates. Am i doing something wrong? What are the 4 90°s used for that come with the screws?

The baffle sandwiches between the Metra speaker plate and the speaker itself via phillips head screws - I purchased some stainless ones so they wouldn't rust. I had no trouble getting them to bite into the speaker plate. I'm not sure I know what 90s you're speaking of. This system will not allow me to attach a picture - only video. Sorry. Hope this helps. They are a great product.

Where Or how should the egg crate be installed for best sound. Door skin behind the speaker or inside the baffles? 6x9 version.

This should be installed on the inside of the door behind the speaker.

Would these help 6x9 subwoofers or just 6x9 coax or full range speakers?

I’ve never used 6x9 subs but I would assume these would give the speaker a tight seal needed for the best sound. Used 6x9 and 6.5 baffles in my doors and sounds great. No gap or rattles
