I brought this for travel to not have a extra liquid in my bag, I felt thingly everytime I used it. Gave me BV. But the other reviews were good sooo maybe its just me

I really wanted to leave a good review on this solid intimate wash because more people need access to this kind of cleanser. There is still so much stigma surrounding vaginal odor and natural scent and a lot of miseducation and ignorance about how to keep vulvas clean. Normal body wash and soap bars are extremely harmful to natural vaginal flora and cause the BV adjacent smells that girls are still shamed about in social spaces. This isn't a hygiene issue, it's a pH issue caused by those body washes. Vulva cleanser should never leave a smell that is fishy or unpleasant and should never burn or cause itching. All of that is a sign that your pH has been raised and it's a warning to stop using that product. I have purchased cleansers that claimed to be OBGYN developed but that immediately caused a BV adjacent smell on my skin so I have put my body through a lot searching for safe alternatives. I used water only for a long time before finding companies like honey pot and the good wash. But I want something plastic free as well. This was my first time ordering this solid intimate wash and unfortunately my bar came completely crumbled. The box it arrived in was undamaged and the purple carton is in good shape too, so it must have been smashed before packaging. I'm hopefully this was a random mistake and not common because after using it I can say it is safe for use on and around the vulva with no warning scent from its use. It has a really nice texture and lathers readily. The scent is pleasant and doesn't linger. I'll still be using the product in pieces it'll just be inconvenient. But overall it seems like a great offering for people looking to balance their pH and reduce their plastic use.

Lasts longer than liquid, holds up well, pleasant and light smell, plastic free packaging, lathers well, does the job without irritation, budget friendly (especially considering how long it lasts). Unless you're traveling, there's zero reason to ever go back to liquid. (But if you are traveling, this bar dries fast enough to put into your soap holder by the end of your shower without getting a slimy mess. ;-p)

I have not used the product yet. And I will update after use if needed. Upon opening the product, I was met with a very strong perfume smell. The smell might come from natural ingredients, but I typically avoid strong smelling products. It was strong enough to bother my eyes, which is saying something. From there I also purchased one of the little containers they have for travel. Oddly enough, the product does not fit in it. Which you can see in the picture. Seems like a strange design choice. So far, I’m not super impressed. I wish they had listed the strong perfume smell and had a travel container that actually fit the product.

The first two bars seemed to last longer than this third purchase. The price is high for a bar of soap, but considering the recycling package and no negative reactions it’s a good product, though I wouldn’t buy so often.

I’d like to buy all my friends this product, but that would be weird! Save the planet and your privates; use B.O.B.s. I should have bought this product sooner. It lasts far longer than the liquid washes presently on the market and is effective, without using irritating scent or chemicals. As an added bonus, you’ll never have to worry about it leaking in your toiletry bag when traveling. Get this on your Subscribe and Save and consider it one less plastic bottle in the landfill.

I like the way it smells a lot, but I needed it more because I’m very sensitive -it has a little tingling feeling in my private area and that’s the whole point for me trying it, I will not purchase again!

The smell is a little bit funky even though it’s light.
