Good quality filters and good price
I've used the fs500 sink RO for years now and keep using the ispring filters. They are good quality and good prices. They never leak and always fit perfect. Rated life is pretty accurate.

Clean water
We have had our ISpring RO500 for 5 years now and it has prvided us with great tasting drinking water. We were getting sediment in ice with a funny taste. We bought this system and filters and have had great tasting clean water. We are running out refrigerator without a filter and just using the ISpring system and love it. It also saves room under the sink.

Quality plus excellent customer service is a winning combination
I have been using ispring RO systems for approx 25 years and I am never disappointed. Last year I changed to a tankless system and Sean in Customer Service helped me through the purchase and continues to patiently explain changing filters and answering questions. Thank you Sean.

Filter Replacement Instructions Very Poorly Written
UPDATE: 12/21/25 Replaced the CA filter with a CB filter. They are interchangeable but the instructions do not mention this. I had to search the web to find this important information. I did find the Youtube video mentioned in the instructions and is not helpful. It offers little useful information. Again, the instructions are very poorly written and ambigious. As an example, at the beggining it says to run the water for 30 minutes, but then further down it says 15 minutes. PLEASE!!!! Have someone who knows how to write instruction rewrite them. I still recommend this filter system. ------------ The instructions that come with these filters on how to replace them are very poorly written and confusing. A Youtube video is mentioned but there is no link included and there are dozens of videos, most poorly done. Otherwise, great filter system and great customer service.

Performance
The performance is great. The TDC is fairly low for an RO system. The taste is pretty good. Price wise it is one of the most expensive systems for household use but if you can handle the price it is a great system.

Easy install
These filters are easy to remove and install. Years ago I had a RO system that required a technician to maintain, but with these filters I am able to do it myself. Thanks Nick.
