Good quality machine work from what I can tell. The only thing I would do differently would be to double nut the V band to lock it in place. One of the clamps loosened up after a period of time. I used these to replace some old header collectors. Worked great with some adapter pieces,and I won’t have any more gasket issues on my old headers.

These are great clamps for custom exhaust systems. They allow easy removal and rotation of the pipe for alignment. I used this on my Ford V10 and worked perfectly. I wouldn't say they are "easy" to install unless you are an accomplished TIG welder. I welded the clamp to the s/s pipe continuously on the inside and stich welded on the outside for added support. A TIG pulser makes welding the inside a lot easier. I suppose you could MIG weld these instead but the result wouldn't be great. Highly recommended for custom work.

These V Bands are great at a good price. They function really well and clamp firmly. They fit perfectly and don’t rust.

Welded /fit up great, have zero leaks, and make the servicing anything above the exhaust a piece of cake. Only complaint would be the bolt is about an inch longer than it needs to be, but if your application is super tight you can fix that easily.

I was tired of fighting with the collectors and gaskets on my long tube headers. I had tried different gaskets (aluminum, copper, fiber, ect) and even combined some to stop the leaks....to no avail. I ordered a set of these and had my header collector flanges cut off....and these welded in....NO MORE LEAKS and easy to disconnect or reconnect if needed. These seem well made. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I wish they were a tad thicker...but for the price...they are very nice and the surfaces mate well together. UPDATE: These have been on my car for over 6 months now and still no issues. Good deal...

i love these v bands, they weld up great. the quick release clamps are also a great addition.

Line up and seal well, I used these to make my exhaust removable. If I was using them for turbo piping they may need some type of sealant on them.

I will buy again!

Perfect for my exhaust system to remove it in pieces to run open headers or to run full exhaust depending on what were doin just weld it to the pipes and clamp it together. No leaks and holds the position once tightened
