Q: I just bought the black "silverware" set that has the flowers and butterfly's...Is the Black Rose really black or more of a pewter?

It is black. But in my opinion, it spots and doesn't stay as pretty looking as it should. I love the way it looked new but would not buy again!

Q: How big are the spoons?

My set had a standard teaspoon and then a larger soup spoon.

Q: The black serving set has been $13-18 in the past - is it worth the price increase?

I paid $20 for the set, so the increase isn't great. It's a very nice set and this color is hard to find.

Q: I just purchased a set of these and the small spoon had an inperfection on it. Can i get a replacement for it?

You will need to return the entire set. I had to do that with mine, but the company sent out a replacement set instantly! The replacement set came in perfect condition!

Poor quality

Very cheap and poor quality compared to the 9nes my sister had. Then I missed the deadline for returns so I’m stuck with cheap ugLy utensils. My bad. I’ve seen these rainbow utensils from higher quality material and production. And loved them. Maybe I’ll get brave enough to order a better set. Ugly ones in give a way box…

Fehlerhafte Beschichtungen - Ersatz nicht möglich

An sich ist das ein schönes Besteck. Beim Auspacken hab ich festgestellt, dass die Beschichtung bei 4 Messern, einem kleinen Löffel und einer kleinen Gabel beschädigt war. Das kann schon mal passieren. ich wollte über amazon Ersatzteile anfordern. Leider bekam ich die Antwort, dass das nicht geht. Ich muss alles zurücksenden und dann nochmal neu bestellen. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass da wieder Teile kaputt sind, ist mir zu hoch. Ich such mir dann halt was anderes. Schade!

Great weight and dishwasher friendly

We've had these sets for about a month now and they are in the dishwasher every other day, on an auto setting and they are looking perfect still.

Sehr zufrieden

Ich bin sehr zufrieden das Besteck ist für uns Alltagsbesteck wird somit jeden Tag genutzt und wandert jeden Tag auch in den Geschirrspüler bisher ohne nennenswerte Probleme und das seit zwei Wochen wir überlegen uns noch ein zweites zu bestellen da vier Stück etwas sehr wenig ist
