Does this come with accessories necessary to be attached to a sled, or is there something else required?

The strap does not come with any accessories. I have used it on a sled in two ways; 1) threaded through the loop that is typically used for carabiners, and, 2) clipped to the loop using a carabiner. Both ways worked fine for me on my First Place Drive Sled (by Perform Better). I think that you'll be fine with just the strap so long as your sled has a loop.
