Non working parts
I purchased for school Newline and never could get it to connect to the internet. I even put in a ticket for the school IT to come to see what they could do but it was still no good. She said I had got a faulty device. Now my return window has closed. Waste of money!!

Slow. Hard to connect. Trash.
I’m 10 feet away. I followed the instructions to the letter. I have an iPhone 11. Only infrequently can I connect to the device via wifi. I’ve had to reset it several times. It lags super hard and hardly works with anything other than YouTube screen sharing. Not a great product. 2 instead of 1 star due to price at least low.

It does what it is supposed to.
It works well for me. I am able to travel with it and the hotel TV's work with it so far.

Slow to connect and not great resolution
The device defaults to a lower resolution than full HD so cannot produce a good picture quality. There is a setting to change this but it resets default after a power cycle. Bit of a problem if you connect it to the USB port on a TV! It also takes over 30 seconds to connect each time via a Windows device. During this time there is now indication of the device attempting to connect.

Get a chromecast instead.
I've been using chromecast since they launched so I did not need this. I wanted to mirror my monitor at work and this says it does that. It doesn't, it's a screen cast. If you need a screen cast get a chromecast. They are the best for that and their cheap.

Terrible. Did not work for me
Terrible. Initially was able to find the broadcast name on my laptop and briefly connected to it. Started doing weird blinking on screen, then connection broke. Never could find broadcast name again. Never worked on my android.

Using on a TV in meeting room to allow for simple miracast access, works well.
