I bought these to replace another brand that was made from synthetic ingredients. This brand is supposed to be made from organic product. It seems to be working as well as the other brand. Am satisfied with this product.

Super gentle on the system. Other brands in tablet form that I’ve tried, have left brands me with gastro issues. This organic, vegan, gel cap is PERFECT!

Haven't felt any changes maybe since it's about day 4. No side effects so that's good. I like that they use basil extract which is very beneficial.

I have several chronic illnesses. I eat a WFPB anti-inflammatory diet & am vegan & gluten-free. I pair this with their K2 & Vitamin D3 every morning. The chronic illnesses I have or have been suspected to have, are helped out by these 3, as recommended by my docs & some of the bigger university & health systems. I couldn't be happier knowing that these ingredients are pretty much what I eat every day with no harmful chemicals, pesticides, etc in them. I am quite pleased with this company & glad I discovered them in 2014 when my vitamin D level was under 10.

Arrived same day for Prime Price at time of purchase January 2025 £20.95 which I don't mind paying for quality supplememts as this food based vitamin is not purchase regularly. Just when my body let's me know I am in need of a boost. I feel that my brain fog has dispated. It has improved my energy levels and also somehow I feel my sleep has improved. The effectiveness for me are noticeable within a few days of use. There is no aftertaste that I have noticed. Note: that the colour of your urine will change to a brighter colour due to how some of B vitamins actions in the body.

Very good vitamin B complex, after taking it for a week, the numbness in my hands has improved.
