I found this effective and much less irritant than "Just for Men". It has a gentler action and so do not it expect it to turn all the course grey hairs of chin beard uniformly dark. It does however produce a more natural darkening than other products leaving a few grey hairs which give a more authentic appearance. A completely dark beard in anyone more than forty looks fake and unconvincing in my opinion in any case. Those who find that it does not work either have incredibly course beard hair or are not leaving it on long enough. Also the colour does not all appear immediately after use but develops over time as the chemical oxidizes on exposure to air. The only downside is that it does stain surfaces and towels that is not apparent immediately as it takes time to develop. Use a dark coloured towel an wipe over surfaces.

Used around eight times, generously applied and left on longer than stated. I have a short thick beard not massively grey all over just in parts. Does nothing to hide the grey in the slightest! Waste of money. Will go back to just for men, even though I suspect they have changed the ingredients, and this is causing me irritation. Hence try this useless formula! Waste of money in my case!

This is good. There are lots of not so good alternatives hitting the market, which cost more but don't deliver. This gives a more natural look providing more colour with more applications yet retains enough grey so that it's not so obvious that you're trying to defy the ageing process. But beware on 2 counts. Firstly, overuse can cause a degree of irritation. My chin itched furiously one evening when I overdid it. No lasting damage but just uncomfortable. Secondly, wear disposable gloves to apply the product. If you don't, your fingers will end up black for days. Also take care to wash it all off thoroughly otherwise, your towels and everything this product touches, will end up black. I have reached a point where I only need to use it once every 7 to 10 days and that makes it easy and reasonably cheap to maintain 'my look'.

I'm amazingly surprised by the negative reviews and ratings for this product. My beard had gone maybe 60% grey. After one-or-two days of using this I just thought, oh well another product that doesn't work but of course persisted. After one week I was saying to my wife "you know, I think my beard is getting darker". After 10 days it had almost fully taken. After 6 weeks (and about to order my second bottle) my beard is noticeable darker. There are a couple of patches on the side that haven't taken. I wonder whether this is because they were too grey / white, thiner or maybe shorter hair? Either way, the effect looks incredibly natural because there are different shades of black, grey (and still a bit of white) which for me is far more effective to look a bit younger. Also, I've read that this is a messy product. I've been doing it while in the shower so not messy at all. You also don't have to use everyday by the way, once you've reached the desired effect. I maybe go with four days per week now.

Very effective product. The hair on my head has very little grey so this beard wash means my beard (which was grey/white in large patches) matches my head-hair, and looks very natural. It also works well on eyebrows. I recommend you leave the wash in for as long as possible before rinsing. I also recommend that you use disposable plastic gloves when applying the beard wash as it can stain your finger nails.

TREAT THIS PRODUCT AS A HAIR DYE and not a natural product. PATCH TEST as it could raise the skin and become itchy and therefore will require antihistamines to fix.

It delivers what it promises - also doesn’t give you bad allergies. It doesn’t wash it off easily as well

This product far exceeded my expectations. It’s so good that I usually buy a few tubes because I don’t know what I’d do if they stopped selling as they do not sell in the local shops or if they do the shops are not close to me. My advice is to follow the instructions to ensure a natural change and stop once you get the desired effect. Never leave in more than 3.5 to 4 minutes. I’ve been able keep it off the very to back of my head close to the neckline which leaves a nice grey effect. I’m sixty two and not many if any man this age has zero grey hairs. It’s so good that the person who cuts my hair didn’t know until I spilled the beans. It’s been recommended to their other male clients as they can’t do the job this product does without colouring all the hair which looks unnatural on men older than 50. A pro tip I’d like to offer is to use latex gloves and use in the sink that can be immediately cleaned up vs in the shower. A dark towel for initial drying of your hair is also a must. You will stain white or light colored towels if you use just after application.

Basta avere un pò di pazienza e dopo 4/5 applicazioni la barba da bianca prende una sfumatura di grigio scuro molto bella e oltretutto sembra più curata. Volevo un prodotto con rendesse un pò di colore + naturale alla barba e questo è perfetto. La sto usando da quasi 1 mese facendo un trattamento da 5 applicazioni ogni 2 settimane e ancora non ho finito il prodotto, quindi anche a livello di utilizzo/prezzo ci siamo.
