I had hoped to give this a more full review but not sure I will actually try it again. It is a relatively small bottle but as just 3 sprays are required and it is a fine mist it should last a long time if being used. I followed the instructions of wash, dry, 3 sprays avoiding the opening and left for 20 minutes. There was a slight tingling at times and clearly this is a local anesthetic but for me it was just too desensitising! It did its job in delaying in as much as it delayed anything at all that day. I had planned to try again with just 1 or 2 sprays but haven't felt able to as yet so I will update this review should I use it again. For me I think it will be a no go though.

Causes too much of a desensitising effect which lasts too long. An unusual product in general.

I've tested the spray on multiple occasions when I'm going to use my Tenga toys. I've followed instructions to be sure, cleaned my area, sprayed a few spritzes, and waited 20-30 mins. On more than one instance, I have felt the difference with the numbing effect and lasted longer than usual. But on the odd occasion, I didn't feel the effects. Other than that, if you're a guy who has issues lasting a fair amount of time, then I would suggest this and perhaps a condom also.
