I like that they are completely battery operated, as I couldn't plug in and charge like other bulbs. Work well, very cool remotes! Great deal. They aren't very bright, but work well for me.

Works great

We bought this as a last ditch effort to get the pendant light we wanted above our table. We had issues with our electrical, and we use this battery operated light instead. It works well, but the light isn’t very bright. Alone, it would not be enough. But since we have can lights in our kitchen, it gave the aesthetic we’re looking for. I also love that you can turn it on by pressing on it, or using the remote

I was not truly convinced this would work for what I needed but I was wrong. I need lights over my bathroom mirror. So I bought nice lights to hang over the mirror- installed these battery operated bulbs- and it works and looks great- perfect solution for any area that needs lighting but power it not available .

Hopeful I would be able to use to avoid lamp cords running awkwardly off of my desk. Cheaply made plastic with the absolute dimmest glow when turned on brightest setting. Didn’t provide any useful lighting. If you simply want a very dim glow then this would work. However, if you need actual light this will not do. Remote is nice but light not worth the money in my opinion. I returned which was an easy process.

We purchased these bulbs/lights in March (now June) and they have lost almost all of their shine. When we first plugged them in, they weren't super bright, but we thought, that's ok, they're going to be used on lamps at the side of our beds. Now however, they are dimmer and dimmer every time. It's like using a candle. I've replaced the batteries hoping that would make them shine again, but nope. Not even 4 months of use and they're not working well.

Convenient

These are designed to be for accent lighting. AAA batteries don't have the capacity for long run time. I recommend using rechargeables as I do in mine. All sorts of nifty ways to use these. Older houses don't have electrical outlets around the room like new construction. Use them to light up dark corners of a room without running electrical wires. Need light on a porch or patio that's not wired? Use these to let there be light.

I bought these to use in two pendant lights above a counter I use for 10-15 minutes a day to look at mail, flyers etc. They are not intended to be used for hours on end daily but if you are looking for an easy solution to having a light fixture hardwired, just chose a regular fixture and screw them in and you are all set to go. These use "AA" battery the best value battery for the money verses others that use "AAA" batteries which do not have as good a capacity or operating time. AA batteries have three times the capacity of AAA type, keep this in mind as it makes a difference on how often they will need to be replaced. As a bonus it works in a power failure.

Super easy to use and works perfectly for the lamp that has no plug near it

The light is dim- and battery drained within 3 uses ( 90 minutes each time). Great idea - just need a bright longer lasting light!

I bought these for my coffee table lamps and they are not bright enough on the brightest setting to replace a regular light bulb. Like the timer but wish they were brighter

Tried the light on a small lamp in a cozy nook not expecting it to be very bright. What I got was a dull light that is nothing like a bulb radiating light outward, but instead just upward and barely at that.
