Literally cannot say enough amazing things about this product!!! I have bought this product three times now, and have basically told all of my friends to buy it for their kids. I love that it's a methylated formula, which was a must for me. I mainly got it to help support my son who is very restricted in what foods he will eat. He is on the spectrum and I was hoping that helping to fill in the gaps and support his development would just help him excel. And honestly, it has! He started to try foods he never would have before, his sleep got better, his behavior got better, and even his cognitive ability seemed to get sharper!! Bonus points because it tastes really good and he doesn't fight me on it! It is a little bit expensive, but to me it's completely worth it. Honestly, I would keep buying it, even if it was twice as expensive! An honest review from a once desperate Momma, this multivitamin is truly top-tier.

I searched for vitamins for my kids that have the Methylated folate (not folic acid!) & B vitamins bc we have the MTHFR gene mutation, & also tastes good.. this hits all the marks & BOTH my picky kids will take it. Every other Vitamin we’ve tried they eventually got tired of. I also like that it’s not the sugary gummies that stick to their teeth causing cavities. Plus if I need to add a dropper of other supplements it mixes right in. Win-win! It is a bit pricey but worth it to know my kids are getting the nutrients they need, especially when they don’t always eat great!

Always on the lookout for a great quality methylated vitamin for my very picky eater. It took us several tries to find one that he would actually take. This one is definitely a winner.

I ordered this for my baby( I know it says 1 but he’s close so we just dosed down) because he has a blood type that makes him iron deficient and he needs other vitamins for his body to absorb the iron. He also has suspected MTHFR so we wanted to find something that was friendly. I ordered strawberry because he HATES the taste of his vit c drops, they sent us tropical. I can say it wasn’t totally bad and he actually sucks it from the syringe by himself. Downside is the bottle leaks if it gets knocked over. It said best to keep it in the refrigerator so that’s what we do

Best solution for children who won’t swallow the pill form. My child has very specific flavor preferences and he has no problem taking this.
