I decided to try it out mostly to help with tiredness and fatigue, and I've noticed some improvement in my energy levels, especially during the afternoons when I usually hit that slump. The fact that it’s vegan and has no artificial fillers is a huge plus for me. It feels good to know I’m putting something clean into my body. I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills, but these capsules are fairly easy to take. There’s no weird aftertaste or anything, which is nice. On the downside, I did experience some mild stomach discomfort initially. It wasn’t terrible, but I think it’s worth mentioning. I figured it was just my body adjusting, and it did get better after a few days, so maybe it’s something others might experience too. Also, the dosage is a bit on the higher side for magnesium, so if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to start off with a lower dose. In summary, I’m pretty satisfied with this magnesium supplement. It seems to do what it claims, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing and clean formulation. Just be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, and you should be good to go.

Easier to swallow than the tablets, no acid burn , generally felt better after taking for a couple of weeks or so 😀
