I like this toothpaste, it has a mild mint flavor and is pleasant. I was sprinkling baking soda on my previous, overpriced brand to boost its effectiveness and whitening power but this does it all. Brushing with baking soda is the best method I've found to reduce plaque and even tartar, and it whitens too. Thumbs up!

Yes, it's toothpaste. Tastes fine, cleans fine, and you get a lot for your money. My teeth aren't great but they are in decent-enough shape that I don't need to use special formulations, so this is fine. My only complaint is that they use screw-tops, not flip-tops, which adds a very slight hassle to the routine. I've tried many toothpastes and this is typical - not too grainy, no gels, no strange flavors, doesn't foam up under an electric toothbrush more than necessary. I feel about the same afterward as other toothpaste. Teeth aren't whitened but I don't really care about that.I bought 2x 8, which should last me a good three years at twice a day. I would recommend it for the purposes described above.

My go to toothpaste! My good friend is a dentist and she recommended this toothpaste. I tried it and never looked back. Deep clean, good for gums and has natural whitening effect from the baking soda and doesn't damage your teeth like standard whitening toothpaste. Leaves my mouth fresh and clean. I've been using this stuff for decades because back in my early 20s I never went to the dentist and I just relied on my own cleaning (I don't recommend doing that btw). When I would have a toothache this toothpaste would actually make it feel better for a little while. It actually made my mouth feel better. I always felt like my teeth were much cleaner after using this.
