Masuter Pro CNC Router Machine, Upgraded 3-Axis Engraving All-Metal Milling Machine for Wood Acrylic MDF Nylon Carving Cutting

Punched this machine after reading reviews for my hubby for Christmas 2024. Excellent build quality and performance. Very very good value for money and a competitive price, lots of extra upgrades if you wish and my hubby did upgrade to the 300w motor and the 400 x 800 extension kit. Excellent after sales and support and the go the extra mile to help with any problems. 5 Stars on all of the above and would recommend to anybody looking at buying one. Well done FoxAlien

Great cnc machine and 5 star service

I’m totally new to the world of cnc and decided to take the plunge with this machine. Set up was very simple, in fact it couldn’t have been made simpler. All the wires are labelled and the instructions are a doddle to follow. Within an hour of it being delivered, I had run out my first carving, it was that simple. I now have the machine running most nights cutting out and engraving projects and am so pleased with it, I have just ordered a laser to engrave with from the same company. It also came with some spare parts including a bracket that holds my hand router for the bigger jobs. There are several free trial programs out there which will run the machine and do your bidding. Some are a little technical, but others are so simple beyond belief that you can be up and running within minutes. Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone considering it. Brought some time ago now and then also purchased the expansion boards and kit for added use. Works very well but does have the normal caveats it lacks software for true beginners and relies on customers own experience and knowledge. It’s not an issue but this isn’t maybe as beginner friendly as it could be. The given motor or spindle is a little under powered for large projects but again perfect for beginner use or smaller softwood projects.

Not a bad machine for learning but found it to be not quite precise enough for serious work, returned and bought the 3S which is better.

Firstly the machine arrived with a broken clamp and wasn't useable, 3 weeks of arguing with Fox Alien and I managed to get another clamp then in October the connector that connects it to a PC fell off the control board and another clamp failed, I've been waiting 4 months for customer service to send the correct part, basically the machine has been one disaster after another, the belts stretch badly and need replacing within a few weeks, the clamps fail and need replacing within a few weeks (still waiting for replacement), the control boards are weak and poorly soldered - still waiting for replacement... Basically the whole machine has been a nightmare, I've bought a Workbee Z1+ since and not had a days trouble from it... Unlike this absolute heap of junk from Fox Alien. Do your research before you buy and if it looks too good to be true it probably is ... Fox Alien customer service absolutely disgraceful

Firstly, it’s worth while watching videos etc on making svg files because I had the machine 2 weeks before I even cut something. I mean you could make money with it but so far my projects are all for myself but it’s a fantastic machine. Doing calculations are the best for speeds and feeds but don’t push it to its max if you don’t have to rush projects. Truthfully I found that buying the bigger router motor was a great move. I’d like to say that foxalien’s email crew / customer service are the best I’ve ever ever ever dealt with, they know how to talk you properly and don’t just try and push you away they respond so quickly and try so hard with links and everything so you can get everything going the way it should be, which I can’t thank them enough. 1000000% but this machine.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The packaging is perfect keeping the machine parts protected and in order. You can tell its a quality product just from the packaging. Easy to assembly with very simplified posture manual. If you have assembled an IKEA product before this is alot easier and simpler. The machine itself feels high quality and very sturdy. Trye out and works perfectly, i love that it is upgradable and gives the feeling of a professional mashine. I was happily surprised to see that the packa included some spare parts as well. Highly recommended 👌

Received my maching in January, 2025. I wanted an entry level machine to see if I would like this hobby. I'll tell you, this is a great beginner machine. Easy to set up; less than two hours. I watched videos for other machines and they can take up to two days. I will have to say, the machine is very underpowered for heavier work, but with learing CNC operation and software, this was a great choice. Sure, you have to cut slower and the depth of cut per pass is a lot less, but it does the job. Tip: do not rely on feeds and speeds charts you download from the internet with this machine; these are meant for much more powerful machines. Reduce the feeds and depth of cut by about 50-60% and you'll be fine. For laser work, you shouldn't have to worry about these. Now that I've got experienced with the Masuter Pro, I replaced the spindle with a Makita RT0701C router, the 4080 bed kit, and, the best upgrade, the NEMA 23 motor upgrade. The bigger NEMA motors are outstanding. You can then use your feeds and speeds charts you downloaded from the internet with no problem. I dare to say, now this machine competes with the big boys, and with the upgrades, still at a fraction of the cost! I recently added their Smart Relay to start the router automatically when the program starts, and rewired it so I can start my dust collector independent of the router. I posted that on the Fox Alien Facebook page. That's what's nice about this machine. You don't have to spend alot of money upfront. It is very easy to upgrade. As for customer support, FANTASTIC! It's mostly by email, but they get back with you within 24 hours. Most of my issues were user error, but there was one or two items that they had to replace, possibly damaged during shipping. No problem. Not only that, but they will continue to follow up with you until everything is to your satisfaction. Very important and impressive! I've seen some negative comments because this machine is so affordable saying it's cheap and they have problems. Makes me laugh. These people need to get faimiliar and learn how to use the machine before complaining. After seven months, I'm extremely satisfied.

nulla da dire, è la migliore. per avere il massimo dei risultati per lavori con frese grandi consiglio di cambiare immediatamente il trapanino che però è ottimo per piccoli lavori. Con un bel matita da 65mm si può fare qualunque cosa. ora farò delle modifiche per renderla più grande. per i miei lavori di insegne neon necessito di un piano più grande.
