Pros: Shipping, came in 11 days, a week earlier than projected. Quality, seems nice, thick material not flimsy. Printing is straight, shape is good. The back adjustment is velcro and measures 3" across. Price for a custom hat, great. Cons: very very slight smell, but it will air out just fine. Packaging, in thin black plastic bag, then clear bag, then it only had a thin plastic support piece for shape support in hat. It made it to me without getting smashed. So my only negative is the packaging could be vastly improved. Thanks.

I was concerned about the quality of the hat or look of the lettering. However this hat arrived in great condition. Nice quality hat & lettering. Sometimes an item punches above it's price-point, this is one of them. I'll be back for more.

This hat with logo came out great. Cap was a little mishapen when it arrived but I think will shapen with a little steam. Logo was clear and placement perfect and easy to read with vibrant color. I would like to order more, but cant't seem to find a way to re-order without recreating it all.

I sent two caps to two different people. One with wording "Ms Craig, Your School Bus Driver,"and another to my daughters common-law husband whose a truck driver and actually collects hats. His stated "I'm Chris I Love Trucking." They both arrived 6 days before the estimated November14-28 delivery date. Both were so happy with the hat gift, and for the reasonable cost of each hat delivered, it was worth every penny. The hats were of good quality, and the wording as clear, and placed perfectly on the front of the cap. Sometimes the cost doesn't make the gift, in this a cost below $20 per hat, gave so much happiness to those I care about

At this price I expected, at best, a hat for my Formula One hat collection. Instead I got a very high quality hat made of sturdy material and well stitched. The cresting was even better. The image I sent them was complicated and intricate. They reproduced it perfectly without any blurring of the print or lines. I'll be wearing this frequently. BTW, the package was expertly wrapped and arrived well before the predicted date.

The hat is nice and solid and the screen printing is holding up really well. My soccer club doesn't have caps so I bought one to wear one the sideline and this one is great. Tested it in the rain the other day and the colour didn't rum which was something I was worried about because of the price. I will definitely be buying more

Stay away from this supplier, the hat is total garbage. Unfortunately I ordered a second one before the first one arrived. One side of the hat is longer than the other and it droops off one side and not centered on the bill in front. Don't buy anything from this manufacturer, total trash and good luck getting your money back. They want you to return it to China.. right and pay through the nose for shipping.
