Amazing Optic
I have astigmatism so all red dots are 100% starburst for me and though holographic sights look much better they still aren’t perfectly clear for me. On the other hand this prism sight is 100% crystal clear for my aging eyes with astigmatism. I own Eotech, Holosun, Vortex (all very expressive sights) and this Primary Arms SLX looks the crispest BY FAR at half the price. At 3x the eye relief isn’t bad at all i can shoot 2 eyes open with very little issues the eye box is very forgiving. It comes with various mounts which is awesome for this price point. I purchased a Mini Acog QD mount and this thing is absolutely perfect for me. It gets daytime bright and it also has a etched reticle as well which is an amazing feature for the price. High quality dials that are nice smooth and tactile, the functionality and making adjustments is very simple. I zeroed it and shot 200rds and it held a perfect zero.

Excellent reticle BDC, great brightness and very good glass clarity.
The strength of this optic is in its daylight brightness and ACSS Raptor BDC reticle. It works very well, has 0.25 MOA adjustments with positive clicks that don't require any special tools to adjust. I just used the case rim from spent cartridges. The glass clarity is very good, though maybe not quite as clear as the very best prisms. However the value is way better with these, as you'll pay a huge premium for marginally better clarity. The primary weakness of the optic is the mounting hardware. You have many options, but the durability is probably not going to be fully duty grade like a Trijicon. But it's compatible with standard mounts so it's upgrade ready in that regard. I'd like to see a QD mount option, since the eye relief is good but still means you'll want to have the optic as far back on the rail as possible, which means it's hard to have backup irons also mounted behind the optic. It would be nice to be able to remove the optic in the field and access BUIs placed in front of the optic. Offset irons are a possibility but not what I prefer.

Best prism on the market hands down
I've had it for almost a year now, love everything about it. Glass is clear, illumination is bright, holds zero after hundreds of rounds. Lost the battery cap on the range one day, PA replaced it no questions asked. Excellent optic. Easy to use. Light weight. Low profile. Very accurate. Super durable, dropped it a bunch without losing zero.

Great optic, buy it
Clear glass, good eye relief. Have it on an aero M5 platform. Have killed a deer and a boar with it. Super good, much better than a red dot especially if you have astigmatism.

Great sight for the money
Very happy with this sight. Works well for my old eyes and is nicely accurate. Good quality and rugged as I have already dropped it (butter fingers). Great option for those that need a nice sight and reticle but don't want to pay a fortune. Also it is nice that the reticle is etched so is there even if the battery dies. Clarity of the optic is surprisingly good.

Just buy it already!!!
I was very surprised by the clarity and brightness of the optic id say otherwise was better than the vortex scopes/lpvo I run. That being said both brands are mid tier IMO. For the money I think this is a wonderful choice and will definitely consider Primary Arms for future optics.

Quality. Functionality. Weight. All are amazing.
3x is huge when you NEED TO IDENTIFY something now. Lines up with Primary Arms Green Dot. Swivel out of the way for close acquisition. Price is great. Quality #1.

Currently my favorite of all my optics
I know that these are made for 223/5.56 and 7.63x39, I am using it on a 10/22, and it is my favorite optic. Lightweight, don't have to worry about covering up my target at 100 yards as it uses a chevron rather than a dot. This works so good with the perfect magnification for anything in the 25 to 100 yard range that I use it, I purchased a second one for my other 10/22 (takedown).
