I love this procduct, because it is easy to make, tastes good, easy to take with you wherever you go and, most importantly, it tames hunger cravings. I am an intermittent faster and I drink this every day hot. My favorite flavor lemon ginger. One pack each money dies the job for me. It is pricey but it well worth the price.

I just started using this today. I make an 8 oz glass of Unimate. I bought the Lemon Ginger. I like the spicy zing but may be to much for some people. It taste great and within a few minutes I had more energy than I do with my morning coffee. I am using the unicity Balance before meals, 2x a day. Needing to loose weight and lower my blood pressure. Will write more in a month.

This product is delicious and it's have been helping me only thing that I am upset with Amazon they don't have the balance one anymore with the 60 packs y'all need to restock up on that and this I love it ❣️💯

This product traveled with me out of the country and on those long hot days I added the powder to water and had plenty of energy. Highly recommend!

Taste is decent. A little spicy because if the ginger, overall good taste. Didn't like the price but it did lower my glucose levels significantly.
