This is my second purchase from Aosu, the first security camera from Aosu they don't make anymore it was a godsend because people are not as nice as they used to be sadly, and God helps those who help themselves. This set works quietly in the background does not interfere with you're phone like some, gives a clear picture and if you need to capture anything you can save it or pass it on. So many things it can do, my favourite is the alarm when some unwanted kid thinks my front lawn is his play area you should see the looks. Would not be without it for peace of mind.Easy to set up and happy again.Highly recommended.

This is my experience with Aosu - WirelessCam Max System 5MP UHD - 2 Camera setup and base station.The reason I purchased the Aosu security cameras out of plethora of brands out there was 2 fold, 1. because of the the great feature set these have and recording to the base station. There is an option for cloud subscription storage if you want it but you're not forced into it for video recording. 2. the number of positive reviews on here, so many were saying how great the video quality is and features.I can concur that the video quality is excellent even in night mode it is clear and the wide angle gets everything covered perfectly.The 2 way audio works great with the preset sentences and ability to to disguise your voice.The siren and illumination are also good features.The motion detection just works perfectly and doesn't miss an event.All of the above is based on the second set of cameras that were sent to me and this leads me onto the excellent customer service that this company gives.The initial set that was sent to me had problems with the motion detection which was a bit random. I contacted customer services and explained the issues. The next day I had a response and sincere apology for the inconvenience caused, with advice on what to try to remedy the issue. After a few more emails of other things to try, that didn't work, there was no hesitation in sending out another set of cameras and base station.These worked perfectly from the off as I describe above and I have to commend Aosu for their exemplary customer service. I was dealt with promptly and politely by the person I interacted with, an overall pleasant experience. Not something I can say other other customer services I have dealt with in the past.I have no hesitation in recommending Aosu products and their customer service.

It was a no brainer for us as we are very pleased with the doorbell and these cameras were very easy to install. The picture quality is acceptable and hopefully the battery life will be as good as the doorbell, the big bonus for us was that it's all monitored and controlled from the app which we already had on our phones with no subscription fees.

I am very happy with the quality of the product as the image is much clearer than my old system. The only gripe is that it recommends not installing the camera in direct sunlight. I queried this and was asked where I got this from. I referred them to their manual. Their reply was as Follows " It is still recommended to avoid placing it under direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Excessive heat can impact the camera's internal components, potentially affecting its performance and durability over time. Direct exposure to intense sunlight may also cause overheating, which could lead to malfunctions." Two cameras will be to the north of my house but I want one on the south side and I can't find a shady spot to install it.

I'm impressed so far with this camera system.I was a bit cautious at first as this is a wireless system, so there is a slight delay when there is motion outside and the notification, but is only a second or two. Not a deal breaker.When everything is turned on and at highest settings it does drain the battery within a week roughly (not let it run down that far yet). But play with it to find the most efficient settings, this is easy through the app.Easy to set up both physically and through the app.Love having the security of a separate central storage device.Not tested how long it takes to charge the units yet.Only major thing is I would have liked a stand alone monitor that can be used instead of a mobile app (but like a secure baby monitor), even as an ad on feature but overall happy so far 😄

The cameras arrived as agreed, and after charging them up fully I started the installation and set up. This was very straight forward and easy. The equipment appears to be of a high standard and has so far weathered terrible storms with the videos being high quality. I get very few false alarms compared to my previous system. I cannot vouch for the battery life as I have only had for a few weeks, but it seems they will last a long time before recharge. I was looking for some additional mounting bases and customer service responded straight away and resolved my issue

The cameras are very easy to install. The picture quality is very clear, and you receive instant notification when camera detects any activity. I quite like the fact that there is not a subscription or fee to access the recordings.I had a problem with one of the cameras but the customer services sorted out quickly. Easy to contact them through the app , they are extremely helpful. For sure I will buy again from this company.

These have got to be the worst cameras I have ever had as you can see from the events in the picture they work when they like. on front camera they never pick up people on property only the car leaving occasionally never at all in the dark either. on the back camera it only seems to work first thing in the morning I have dogs who are out and in the garden all day long and I go with them but only works maybe 2 times a day in the morning all settings are on properly. but I was unable to have them taken down in time to return and cannot find a way to do it now so I'm seem to be stuck with them don't waste your time with them
