This pot is fantastic. I got the blue and love the finish on it. I've had this pot for just over a year now. I've used it on the smoker for Over the Top chili several times, and I've baked close to 40-50 loaves of bread in it now. With that kind of abuse, it no longer looks new, but the blue still looks great even with the hard-use patina on it. It cleans up well and had has proved it will last. After one year- -There are no chips in the finish. Exterior or interior -Heat distribution is fine on it. Bread always comes out great -It's clearly very durable -Compared to other dutch oven pricing, this is the way to go. I've gotten perfect performance out it for a significantly lower price than the popular names

Solid dutch oven for the price. I wanted one that I could use to make sourdough bread (really high heat, going to get scorched) and this does the job well, and it looks good while doing it. Perfectly sized for baking a sourdough boule, the coating is nice for the high heat bread baking. Only downside is that it does stain easily, especially at high heat, so I'd recommend something else if worried about that, but this works for my needs.

My first enameled cast iron and a great value for what it is. The enamel is not as forgiving of stains as most non-stick ceramic surfaces, ie. it stained when I let some braising stew meat sit too long without stirring. I was also surprise at how shallow it is compared to other dutch ovens of the same diameter, but that is my fault for not checking dimensions. It has great heat transfer and even cooking for stews and sauces.
