This stuff is amazing. I've been having to take melatonin to sleep due to my insomnia and after trying different products at all different mgs I came across this one and it does the trick. I am out within 15 minutes and it lasts throughout the night without leaving me drowsy when I wake up. It has a good taste and desolves fast. Definitely worth the price.

This did not help me rest at all. It doesn’t feel like 50mg of melatonin and I was awake off and on all night. The taste isn’t bad, like one review I read, but save your money and look elsewhere. I am desperate to find a natural sleep aid that works.

Not what I expected, based on the reviews and the fact that they are a 50 mg pill, I expected it to work better than the gummies that I purchased previously. But the flavor of these is very weird. It leaves my throat, feeling itchy and scratchy, and then I really don't feel it helping as much as the gummies did. Taking 2 pills worked but I also don't want to have to take 2 pills every time.
