We have usually tried the more expensive baby feet peel but decided to give Lavinso a try. It was worth the try. The smell is great, effectiveness is great. Within 2 days, our feet started to peel. We did soak our feet in warm epsome salted water for a couple of days which we believe hastened the shedding process. My feet are like baby soft and pink. I didn't have a lot to shed. My husband, also used and it still peeling where he had a lot of calluses. Definitely, give this brand a try. We weren't paid or given anything free to say this either! :)

First, I gave this product four stars because the directions are a little misleading . You need to soak your feet more than ten minutes a day to see results in a weeks time . I soaked my feet for ten minutes the first three days and saw little to no skin peeling . My significant other soaked their feet everyday for at least an hour to two hours and started seeing results after day two. After doing this for a week, their feet was completely peeled like the package says. I started soaking my feel for over an hour on day three and it took almost two weeks to finish and I had way less dead skin than my significant other because I get pedicures regularly . To pass the time, I recommend soaking your feet while watching tv . Our feet didn’t get as soft as expected, so we will do another peel after getting pedicures . What I liked about the product is that two came in the pack. I had some rough spots on the top of my feet that I tried scrubbing off in the past, that never budged , this worked for it . I highly recommend the product , but you will have to soak your feet longer than ten minutes a day, the longer the better . I wish the initial packaging that you put your feet in was a little bigger and encompassed your entire foot so that it can work on the top of your foot a little more, but it didn’t . The directions say don’t pick the skin because you can cause damage to your feet. I didn’t pick my skin, but I did lightly rub my hand against some of the loose skin. A light touch went along way and helped the process .

UNBELIEVABLE results. I won’t gross you out with “before and after pictures“. I will say that it has been almost a year since I was at the pedicure spa. As someone who is very active exercising, barefoot year-round at the beach, etc, the skin of my feet were in pretty bad shape. And so I was happy to stumble upon this product. Needless to say, my feet were beyond what I will even describe here. I read up on reviews and suggestions for use from other Amazon customers. I soaked my feet in a Epsom salt soak for about 20 minutes, and then used a pumice stone to exfoliate my feet, rinsed & patted them dry. Afterwards I placed my feet into each of the plastic bags which contains a variety of exfoliating acids. The ingredients were similar to some skin care product ingredients I had tried, so I felt confident. I allowed my feet to remain in the liquid filled bags for about 90 minutes. Then I rinsed the solution from my feet and dried them. Immediately I noticed that the skin on the soles of my feet appeared shiny. I took this to mean that the chemical process was instantly working. About six days after I applied this product I noticed that my feet started to peel. And by peel, I mean peel away in sheets. At that point, I began to exfoliate gently with a pumice stone once a day, and continued to apply a thick moisturizer (shout out to MIZON Snail sleeping pack), and socks at bedtime. Today is day 10 post-application. The results are unbelievable. My feet have reverse-aged, they look like healthy, clean kid’s feet LOL. Honestly, they look so healthy, no calluses, the cuticles around my nail beds are smooth, my formerly cracked & dried heels are baby-smooth, and overall the skin on my feet - all areas- looks refreshed. So much so I cannot imagine ever wanting or needing to go back to the nail salon for a pedicure. I will continue to moisturize faithfully. And will post an update and let you know how long these results lasted.

Love the way these have my feet feeling soft and refreshed in the end result. Been doing this for years off and on. Very satisfying.

Not as good as other brands. Sure, it is making my feet flake and peel but they just feel dry and itch. More flake than peel so instead of peeling off the old skin and revealing baby soft skin I just have dry peeling feet

I had never done a foot peel before, but with all the hype, I had to try when this came up on a lightning deal. I don't have heavily callused feet (working from home all these months has made me soft). And I followed the directions to a T. NOTE: I recommend you soak your feet in warm water BEFORE putting these on. It makes the acids work a whole lot better. I put mine on and sat in a chair to read while the booties did their thing. **Plan to be still-- the boots make walking hazardous as it is very slippery. And the tape to close them up isn't the best, so walking around will inevitably loosen them up, and now you'll get goo all over your floor. There's tingling and a weird "numb" sensation, but that's the acids doing their thing. The directions say it takes about 3 days for the peeling to start. It took me about 7 days. At first it was just peeling around the toes, like a very light blister. The thicker skin, at the heel and balls of my feet took a lot longer and came off in little pieces. It took about 3 days for the peeling to be "complete," and even then little bits of skin were clinging on. I soaked my feet in warm/hot water again and used a scrub cloth to exfoliate the rest off. Overall, it did leave my feet softer. My new skin wasn't more tender, so that was nice. I'd like to try this on my husband to see if the big chunks of skin will fall off.. it was oddly addicting to peel bits of skin off!

I normally buy BF brand. I decided to try his since it was cheaper and a two pack. Horrible product! My feet are very calloused because of wearing open backed shoes and no socks. BF brand has always worked miracles. I soaked my feet, I have a hot tub so I soak them well. I used this for 90 minutes and rinsed. I soaked daily, after a week nothing. I soaked again and this time kept the second set of booties on for 2 hours. Soaking my feet daily and not using any lotion my skin became tight and shiny after 3 days. I thought maybe the second peel will work. It’s now been 12 days and nothing. This is pure garbage! I also only use one bootie when using the BF brand and save the other bootie for another use later since there is more than enough product in each bootie. These booties are smaller and don’t come up as high on the foot. I don’t think they would work well for using one bootie for an entire treatment. Not only did I waste HOURS soaking my feet and doing the treatment twice— I have now had to order a BF brand peel since these did NOTHING! I was also able to order BF on view your deal for 12.50 free shipping. Awesome price for a limited time. So now I have to once again do the treatment on my feet once my BF brand gets here, but at least I know it will work! What a waste and I had originally intended on giving one set of these booties to my sister. So glad I waited to see if they actually work. I won’t try another brand again other than BF, it may normally cost more than some of these “off” brands but at least I know it will work and work well. For those that have never down a peel before, it takes time. If you get a garbage brand they doesn’t work, then not only are you wasting money, but your time as well. What a waste. Maybe these work on feet that aren’t calloused or cracked, I don’t know. Even if they work on mildly problem feet, why bother? The booties aren’t as tall and there isn’t as much product in it. Plus on the box it says another treatment may be needed in a week. Who wants to do 2 treatments to get the desired result— but wait, my result was a big fat nothing waste of money and over 8 hours of soaking and treatment time, plus the time and money spent on having to do a third treatment with the good product BF that actually works! I should get a refund and the company should have to pay me for my time list that I can’t get back.
