Great Quality Binoculars
Just received these binoculars, and have been using them for a couple weeks. It is easy to focus with them and they seem to be very well manufactured. I use them for sporting events and for the outdoors. They have held strong even during the lights rains down here in South Florida. Objects seem clear and magnified. They are great value binoculars.

Sweet city views!
Made our city view even sweeter! My husband and I both are longshoreman so it’s super cool to see if the cranes are working. I can even see the semis drive around. I’m sure we will also have a fun time with these camping. The quality is amazing and the vision is clear!

Very clear HD vision!
Super clear vision! Beyond my expectations! I love that they are water & dustproof. The carry case and strap is great for hiking and taking on the go. Also the lens caps attach to the binoculars so you won’t loose them! Great binoculars and highly recommend.

Quality Binoculars But They Do Not Stand-Out
I have a few other similarly powered binoculars, and with some of those I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the optics. This Birds of Prey model is quite a bit better in a several regards, but it is certainly the most expensive of the lot, and I don’t see it any better than some models that go for half as much. Is it worth the asking price of nearly three Franklins? I will let you be the judge, but there are many other pairs out there that cost far less that I feel are just as good as these. Pros: - Nicely compact at 6-inches long and 5-inches wide and weighing in at 20-ounces. - The rubbery tactile coating is easy to hold, and it claims to be waterproof (I did not test the waterproof feature). - It has a metal tripod threaded mount that is accessible even when the binoculars are fully folded to the closest interpupillary distance (this has been a problem with some of my other pairs). - The knurled metal focus knob is very smooth with no wobble or grittiness. - Has rotatable eyecups for eyeglass wearers, and they have a 19mm diameter, which are a decent size for a 10x42 model, which makes finding the sight picture easier than on binoculars with smaller eyepieces, although I have some 10x42 models that do have larger eyepieces, up to 24mm. - The rotatable eyecups have fairly comfortable rubber sockets, but they are not nearly as comfortable as those on a Hontry model that I have which is half the price. - It has the standard Diopter adjustment knob on the right eye so that each eye can be focused independently if needed. - Images are bright and the color is distortion free. There is no blurriness or deformation of the images around the fringes of the sight picture. - The interpupillary distance on this model is excellent. On some of my other models, I could not get them to fold close enough for my narrow eyes, but on this pair, I can get it folded far enough with still a bit of room to fold it further. This pair should work well for those with narrow eyes and even some children. Cons: - I am unsure if these binoculars are Nitrogen or Argon gas purged, which would prevent internal fogging, as there is no mention of this in the manual or the listing’s specifications. - The finish could have been better for a pair of this cost. There was glue slop on the focus knob that was difficult to remove. - Although these are advertised as waterproof, there is No IPX rating given, so it is hard to know if they are just safe in a light rainstorm or something more severe. - Eye relief is not specified. I don’t wear glasses, but I apparently have deep eye-sockets and I found these fairly easy to use, but someone who wears glasses would want to know the specific eye relief so that they would know if it might strain their eyes. - It comes with a very basic storage pouch which does not have a belt loop and the neck strap is not removeable. I would have expected a better storage pouch at this price point. - The instructions are not written by someone with a command of the English language. Not that instructions are really needed for these, but for the price of this unit, I would have expected proper proofreading of any supplied manual. - I’m not sure how impact-resistant / shockproof these are, and there is no mention of that as a feature in the listing or manual. The hinge is also plastic, and I question the durability of that critical spot if these are accidentally dropped. For the price of around three-hundred dollars these binoculars are certainly a well-made pair of optics, but I don’t see them as any better than pairs selling for half the cost. If you are someone with narrow eyes, then this model would work well for you, and if have deep eye sockets you will find these comfortable. But I would take a hard look at the Hontry and Hidegazer brands that seem every bit as good as these but at half the asking price.

Nice but Pricey Binoculars
The Birds of Prey Optics 10x42 Eagle binoculars offer very clear HD BAK 4 (or Barium Crown glass) and are small and portable enough for bird watching, travel, viewing sports or concerts. The binoculars appear well built and solid. They are both waterproof and dust-proof, and the rubber body looks and feels durable. Twist-up eyecups help provide comfort and the right eyecup has a focus ring (diopter) that can be adjusted for your eyes. The binoculars do not come with any instructions, specifically on how to use the diopter to personalize the binoculars for your eyes. They do come with a carrying case, strap, and small cleaning cloth. The Birds of Prey Eagle binoculars are nice but somewhat expensive, costing close to $300 at the time of this writing. I have other binoculars from well-known established optics companies that are considerably less expensive but made with the same material (BAK 4 prism, extra low dispersion glass, same quality rubber exterior and same quality knobs, carrying case, and strap). So while the Birds of Prey Eagle binoculars are well made and will likely provide years of service, there are other, less expensive choices available. I do not see that much if any differences between these binoculars and binoculars that cost less half the price.

Great product, I definitely recommend!
These optic binoculars are super durable, the case is perfect, and had several pieces to protect the lenses. I took it to the park and had such a great experience. These optics provide the ability to adjust each eye, which helped. Also you can adjust how close or far away the binoculars sit on your face, this feature is great for people who wear glasses. Definitely worth the money spent! I recommend this product.

Light, Well Built, Easy
I bought sometime ago binoculars and those were taken and hunted these binoculars on Amazon and love these even better. So easy to use and light weight and well built. Seller you all did an outstanding job. I have never seen hawks up close and now I can. Eagles? Haven't seen any but all the birds everything comes up close. Hawks are big. So in all the rating? How about above 10 how about 20 plus this is how nice they should be rated. Love what I bought.
