I bought this scrubber specifically for cleaning my cast iron skillet since I avoid using soap, and it works very well for that purpose. This scrubber is excellent. I use it on all of my cast-iron pans and my stainless steel pants and then I just throw it in the dishwasher. I’ve had it for a while and it looks brand new. It’s a great addition to anyone’s kitchen.

I use a similiar chainmail scrubber all the time on my cast iron. They are hard to find and very expensive. I love that this scrubber is $9. I bought two as a gift. The metal is not as heavy duty as I had hoped, but I think it will work nicely on cast iron. The silicone gives the scrubber stiffness that makes it easy to hold on to while cleaning the cast iron. I think it will work well. Looking forward to seeing the happy faces when they open this nifty unique gift. It did come with a cloth. It is white. I never dry my cast iron with anything white as it leaves marks on light colored towels. But that is me, and the towel can be used for other purposes.

This is a great way to clean stuck on food on a cast iron and in my opinion, is a better option than the Lodge chainmail. Has cleaned burnt on food without issue and looks like it will last.

Works well as described. I like that it easily rinses clean. Much better than the stainless steel scrubbing pads you can get at the grocery store for $2.50. It is durable and will pay for itself in no time . Just what my cast iron skillet needed.

It's nice to have a scrubber which is medium-intensity and this fills that gap. It's not as abrasive as steel-wool and yet much more abrasive than a brush or the rough side of a sponge. It's perfect for cast iron skillets (see photo) but also useful for other situations. I like that it has an inner silicone support so that it feels more solid when using it. The chain links of which it is made seem to be holding up well, but I don't really use it that often. The better cleaning tools you have, the more you'll enjoy difficult washing jobs.
