I live alone and I’m not good with too much computer . Recently I was told by doctor I must make my food ( no salt no preservatives etc). Did long research. This is just PERFECT. Easy to use. I work long hours and it cooks than keeps it warm. I don’t have to worry about a thing. AND I don’t need long time to set it either!!! Buying second one in case I want two different meals when my friends come over. Best thing on the market!!

I was so tired of picking up and cleaning my old, huge crock pot, so I started looking into smaller ones. For the longest time it seemed like all the small ones were the round ones with just a low, high, off switch. This one is oval and so much more functional with different time settings. It's easier to clean due to being lighter weight than my large one, and packs a lot more in than you would think! Already did a stew and a small chuck roast and they came out perfectly.

This thing is amazing! I was super picky when choosing it, and being able to set the heat level and the time independently has been incredible. I love it! And I got a really good deal on it -- at the time, it cost less than other options that were smaller and/or did not have timers or independent time and heat settings. It heats up nicely, the heat seems consistent, and the lid fits well and holds the heat/steam in without leaking or bubbling. The cord is an okay length (not super long). It isn't absurdly heavy -- my old one was much smaller and weighed more than this, so it's much easier to move. Cleaning is easier for that reason as well. It doesn't get hot enough to damage surroundings but I did bump my hand against the outside once and burned it. All in all, I'm glad I chose this slow cooker. It's been so nice making yummy things in it knowing it's reliable.

This arrived nicely packaged within an extra box that fit perfectly around the Hamilton Beach box. It was a tight fit and kept everything in place during shipment, and arrived perfectly out of the box. I could only note that I made a mess when I pulled the slow cooker out of the box, with all the Styrofoam beads that came out statically charged with it flying around. Anyhow, i'm in the middle of using this currently and so far so good. The food smells great and it is clearly doing its job cooking. The pros: Among a small list of things I love about this slow cooker, I feel l just have to mention, it is a very decently, fairly large sized slow cooker. When I was in the store, after i'd ordered this one, I went poking around looking at the various ones they had available in-store and I could only find ones that were smaller with a digital/timer feature, or ones that were 1 QT less that did not have that feature. (Nothing of the same size with that particular feature that was anything remotely close to this in price.) This feature (the digital timer feature) is important for me, personally, because as I have to cook two separate meals- one for me, with my particular diet restrictions, and one for the rest of my family without the restrictions- this is great; I can just throw in my ingredients, set the timer, go to work, come home, and find that it's been fully cooked and ready for me to package up for my meals. Then I don't have to spend twice as long or split my attention between two separate meals cooking at the same time. No effort involved. I've never had a digital/timer feature on a crock pot or slow cooker previously, so this is quite a lovely feature. I don't have to trust that someone else will turn it off when it's ready. As is regular with most slow cookers or crock pots now, another good feature I enjoy is the inner ceramic bowl comes out and is easily washable or maintainable. It is a sturdy piece and I found it very easy to clean. The cons: I only really have one thing to mention, and I don't even feel entirely strongly about it being an issue. The length of the cable or cord that it comes with is lacking. I have to plug this in in an awkward place in my kitchen, rather than where I was planning on putting it, due to the length of the cord. I am not entirely upset nor surprised, however, because my old one was the same way, so I think that is just standard for crock pots or slow cookers. Overall, I really thought and feel this was a great purchase for the price and it is a high quality slow cooker from a brand that I know to be worth purchasing from for other kitchen utensils or equipment. I see some of the other reviews also state that their customer service team is very easy to work with and willing to help- I have not ever used their customer service yet however if I notice any issues I am looking forward to a good experience dealing with Hamilton Beach. I am hoping this lasts at least as long as my last slow cooker did, and looking forward to many years of great, yummy, and easily cooked meals!

Very Happy with this purchased. It works great and it also looks good. It's plenty big on the inside. Good for the money. Easy to clean.

This clearly states that it is a 4 quart crockpot BUT it clearly holds only 3 measured liquid! Other than that, nice small unit!

la compré porque tengo una de la misma marca pero mas chica. Y está la usé para hacer un caldo de huesos, la programé en LOW por 8 horas y salió todo muy bien, el tamaño es genial para comidas de 3-4 personas, fácil de lavar y limpiar, manejo de opciones con botones fáciles de identificar. Solo cuidado al lavar el contenedor de cerámica porque si se quiebra es dificil encontrar repuesto, me pasó con el modelo de tamaño mas chico.

Used this right away and had no issues. Item arrived quickly and cooks things perfectly. You can set the time in two-hour increments up to 10 hours, and then switched to warm once the desired cook time is reached. The handle on the lid became loose, but I just had to tighten it and had no further issues. Definitely recommend, at this price point you can't go wrong!

Maybe a bit larger than we needed, as we seldom fill it, but this crock pot has been a treasure in our house since we got it. It's easy to use and clean and it even keeps your dinner warm if you're still getting home from somewhere. Once the cycle you set has completed (for example, 4 hours on HIGH), it automatically switches to "warm" so your dinner is neither stone cold nor burned. 10/10 would recommend!

Está olla realmente te facilita la vida la puedes dejar programada y salir y regresar y olvidarte de que estás cocinando porque terminando el tiempo que tú programas te cambia a modo caliente excelente olla Me encantó no se consume el agua que le pones y cocina muy bien los alimentos prácticamente no se calienta mucho excelente la recomiendo y la volvería a comprar

High at 4hrs, full crock made an awesome sauce! I use it at least once a week and it performs perfectly every time.
