Works well, fits USBs and Plugs at the same time.
Works well, fits USBs and Plugs at the same time. I wanted something with a little more charging amps, different USB styles, and this unit fit the bill. Simple install.

Works really well
It was pretty easy to install, everything seems to work just fine, and looks pretty classy. I've seen a few complaints about the USB C port not working but mine works perfectly well and even triggers "fast charging" on my phone. Will definitely get some more later on!

An easy DIY upgrade to meet the needs of today.
2025-06-05. USB Wall Outlet by TOPELER. 20 Amp Duplex. Tamper resistant. Screwless design. 3-port USB (30W total). UL & FCC listed. 2-pack. Black. So the listing header has a tonne of jargon, but it's really all good stuff and not so bad once you break it all down. So let's get to it! 20 Amp Duplex. All this means is that there are two power outlets and the unit is rated at 20 Amps. Amp is short for Ampere, a unit of electric current. And it defines the amount of power it is capable of delivering. The important factor here is that you need to ensure that it is NOT LESS than the fuse in your main electrical panel that controls these wall receptacles. E.g. Your electrical box typically has a 20 Amp (20A) fuse for powering your kitchen counter wall receptacles. This is because small kitchen appliances often require more power to operate. In contrast your den receptacles will most likely only have a 15A fuse to power energy efficient lamps, and small electronic devices. If your fuse is 20A, you don't want to install a wall receptacle with 15A as MORE power than your wall receptacle can handle will be delivered. As a result, you can blow the wall receptacle. While you do have fuses greater than 20A, they're specific for areas like your stove, fridge, washer, dryer and air conditioner. Aside from these outlets, 20A wall receptacles are the safer bet. 30W 6A. W stands for Watt and is a unit of power. It represents the rate at which energy is transferred or consumed, and is calculated by the formula Watts = Volts × Amps (W = V×A). The standard voltage coming from wall receptacles in NA is 110V-120V. You may have higher voltage receptacles, but hey will be shaped differently and are usually reserved to power high power appliances like refrigerators, stoves, air condition units, washers & dryers. These are less common now as our major appliances are much more energy efficient due to technological advances. This rating of 30W 6A is meant for the USB ports. There are three USB ports (USB-A ×2, and USB-C ×1) and the maximum out of power delivered to these three ports is 30W (5V@6A). But wait, didn't I just way the wall receptacle delivers 110V-120V in North America? Yes, I did; however, most small electronic devices recharge at 5V of direct current (DC). Since the wall receptacles output 110V-120V of alternating current (AC), the wall receptacle will need to convert the 110V-120V AC power to 5V DC power, then deliver it through the USB ports. The important thing to note are the maximums for each port. The listing details note this and state the following: USB-C = 18W ([email protected]) USB-A = 12W ([email protected]) each. Doing the math for 2 USB-A ports + 1 USB-C port we get a total of 42W (18W+12W+12W) which exceeds the maximum 30W. So this means that in order to get the maximum amount of power coming out of each USB port, you can only use 2 of 3 at a time. If you use all 3 USB ports simultaneously, each will deliver LESS power than they're individually capable of. What does this mean? Well, the fewer watts delivered equates to longer recharge times, or the inability to power something directly. TOPELER actually declares that when all 3 ports are used (i.e. fully loaded), each USB port will deliver 10W (5V@2A), and I really appreciate TOPELER for their transparency (most products will not disclose this information). UL is Underwriters Laboratory. They're an independent company that does testing on products and focuses on product safety and compliance as they pertain to electrical and fire hazards. Certification of this is optional in the US. FCC is the Federal Communications Commission. FCC certification is mandatory in the US for electronic products that emit radio frequencies, ensuring they don't cause interference. Now I know this was a bit lengthy, but if you followed everything, it gave you all you need to know about this product. The only weak point really was the USB's and their maximum of 10W when fully loaded. It's also worth mentioning that these USB ports do NOT deliver enough power to operate a laptop, not even a small one. Laptops typically requires 45W-100W of power, and while this amount can be delivered via USB-C, you will need specifications that support delivering that amount of power (i.e. Power Delivery or PD.) Aside from that, these wall receptacles have a screwless appearance giving you a nice sleek look. They're the standard size so will fit perfectly when replacing existing ones in your home. Just be sure to turn off the power at the circuit breaker (aka electrical panel) before doing any work to ensure you don't get hurt. Replacement is simple and you simply connect the wire as follows: Black Wire (hot wire) = Gold Screw White Wire (secondary wire) = Silver screw Green Wire or Uncoated wire (ground wire) = Green Screw As always, if you don't feel comfortable doing this, hire a professional and let's keep everyone safe! Overall, these are a great upgrade or addition to any home. With a little know-how, it's a simple DIY project that anyone can do to spruce up your wall receptacles. They will function no differently from your old ones, and now you'll have some USB's to power many of the small electronic devices that have become part of our daily lives. While they may not be the cheapest out there, I went with TOPELER because of the full disclosure on the USB ports. There are many brands out there, but not all were as forth coming or had inferior USB port specifications. But now that you know what what all this jargon means, you'll know what to look for. Figure out what your needs will be, then shop for wall receptacles that meet your specs and you won't be disappointed.

Easy Install, great space saver!!!
Fantastic replacement! The description is spot on 👍. Simply replace the old receptacle with this one. DIY folks need to remember to make sure there's no power in the old one before handling it!! Otherwise, The quality of this part seems to be very good, and it was very nice too simply use the charge cords without worrying if the charger itself was okay. Since the charge cord is only used by itself, the phone charges much faster because of the amperage of the device is much greater than the charger that we get with our phones! All in all, very easy installation, such a space saver! I would recommend this to anyone!

Decent quality, easy install, generic faceplate
This wall outlet is a good value and has all the features that we needed. Installation was as easy as replacing any other wall outlet, pretty standard stuff with 3 wires to disconnect from the old outlet and then re-connect to the new outlet prior to mounting it onto the outlet box. Just make sure to follow the handy written directions (in-order) for mounting the cosmetic faceplate as it secures itself by clipping over an inner frame (that must be separated from the faceplate and mounted first).
