This is a good product that works very well. However, the only issue with this is that it goes out of stock frequently and takes forever to be restocked. The last time I waited almost a month for this to come back before giving up hope. This is why I had to switch to alternatives.

As per product description, one should get a clear solution (Half a teaspoon in 200g water), however I could get only milky suspension. I had a moderately itchy throat after consuming this product, this happened every time I consumed this product. I emailed my concerns to zenith customer care, haveny received any response till today. Problem of itchy throat almost disappeared after consuming this product with curd and water. Overall decent product, terrible customer care service.

Best priced magnesium citrate available in India, better than buying other overpriced imported brands UPDATE: Some people mentioned the powder not dissolving. So here's the explanation to why it does not matter When you add 1/2 tsp of this you have to realize that not all of it is magnesium citrate - Around 15% of the powder is magnesium citrate and the rest is just fillers/buffer. If the product was 100% magnesium citrate, it would be very easy to overdose and cause magnesium toxicity which can be fatal. The recommended dosage for supplementing magnesium is 300-400mg, and most of us don't have precise scales for measuring such low amount of powder. This product has the perfect amount of magnesium citrate and filler added, so when you measure 1/2 tsp (2.5g) of the powder you get approximately 300-400mg of Magnesium Citrate. The Magnesium Citrate part dissolves in water and the insoluble particles are the fillers which can be discarded. Each company uses different types of fillers, some are completely water soluble and others like this are not. It does not make the product better or worse. Also keep in mind Magnesium in higher doses WILL cause severe diarrhea. So please don't take more than 1/2 tsp

I bought this supplement just a few days back, but I don't like it. It's a course powder that doesn't dissolve in water and makes my throat itchy. Citrate salts are soluble in water, this isn't, so it makes me wonder. I used to use the magnesium powder supplement from Unived and it was excellent, but too expensive. I have been using zinc gluconate from Zenith Nutrition and it seemed to be okay, I guess, not that I feel the effect clearly, but there is no discomfort with using it. Thought the magnesium citrate supplement from Zenith Nutrition would be good, since it's cheaper too, but I thought wrong. Will probably have to put it for my plants and hope they grow well. Won't be taking it anymore, won't be buying it anymore too.
