These little jewels have saved me from pain countless times. When I get a charlie-horse or muscle cramps I take a couple of these in within a half-hour the pain is disapating and is completely gone in an hour. I can't recommend them high enough. I have also found this company to very reputable.

These dissolve very quickly under the tongue, which I cannot say for other brands we've tried. I wish these were FSA eligible, like their sleep aid (which is amazing, by the way) because we want to get the individual cell salts to have all 12 plus this blended version, but they're a tad pricey for that. Still, we do notice a difference in overall health and energy since adding these to our daily lives. Doubtful it's placebo, as we have tried so many things over the years and felt no change whatsoever. So we're sold. These are now a part of our daily routine and our holistic health collection, alongside good grade bentonite clay, bicarb, a zapper, far infrared heat and much more. Would be great if they offered a package deal on getting all 12 cell salts individually, but for now these will do nicely.

Our daughter in-law introduced me to this. I was skeptical, but tried it when I had a headache and it did seem to work to some degree. I personally found these very useful for the legs craps I get at night. Once cramps start, I take about 3-4 under my tongue, sublingual and let them dissolve. Followed up with a large glass of water - and walking around a bit. Almost always do my camps subside. Also - for very hot days - I keep these in my purse to replenish my electrolytes. I never go anywhere without them. For me, they are a miracle!

After they changed the pill size and count per bottle, I tried another brand of the 12 salt similar formulations. I came back to these after I ran out of the other brand. These work much better for me...the difference in how much better I felt after a couple of days taking these is night and day. The other brand took a long time to dissolve while these dissolve really fast. I'm not sure why Hylands decided to change up the pill size and give you less pills per bottle, but I really do think that Hylands quality is worth the money. I bought the 2 pack of 100 pills each. They're only one pill per dose while most of the others are 4 pills per dose. If you do the math, the price is similar but these work much better for me.
