Love my pole and smoke tester
I used this to test a large fire alarm system and various smoke detectors in very high areas. It works great, is light and easy to maneuver. Get yourself one. Pole and detector cup separate.

Works well
This device works well as long as you are not trying to use it in corners or on a tiles roof (like in an office). You have to push to get suction and it will just lift the tiles.
